George Posted October 22, 2015 Posted October 22, 2015 Yes, and that just leaves the mountain! Sadly that sums it up Quote
Administrators gav240z Posted October 22, 2015 Administrators Posted October 22, 2015 The panel gaps on that thing are enviable. Should look Amazeballs with Safari Gold on it. Quote
KatoKid Posted October 22, 2015 Author Posted October 22, 2015 Thanks gents. January.....I wish As much as I'm really excited that its getting closer I'm also conscious that as Peter points out, the final assembly will be a major job, not for the mechanicals but all the interior, electrical and trim bits. I need to place a pretty substantial order from MSA and others! Quote
dat240z Posted October 22, 2015 Posted October 22, 2015 I concur with all above comments... That's some quality work mate. Looks in good company next to that Porsche too. Your right Kato in saying assembly is a lot longer process than what people imagine, however it is very rewarding as every Job is one step closer and you can see instant results. Really going to be a nice zed mate. Good stuff Quote
jeff43 Posted October 23, 2015 Posted October 23, 2015 Look at those gaps!! Looks very straight indeed. Very envious. Quote
CBR Jeff Posted October 29, 2015 Posted October 29, 2015 That look great Dave. I can dream of getting my car to look like that one day, hopefully ? I do love the cimitary that the gaps give the car. Jeff. Quote

Sirpent Posted April 30, 2016 Posted April 30, 2016 (edited) Bavarian screamer ??!!?? More like a Japanese screamer with an adopted engine S30 body is the eye candy That 6cyl will be doing all the screaming LOL Edited April 30, 2016 by Sirpent Quote
260DET Posted May 1, 2016 Posted May 1, 2016 S30 body is the eye candy That 6cyl will be doing all the screaming LOL Look at it this way. The Z is the Japanese mummy and she adopts a German motor baby which thereby becomes Japanese. If the baby screams it is then as a Japanese screamer. Oooh, my head hurts Sirpent 1 Quote
Sirpent Posted June 4, 2016 Posted June 4, 2016 David's gone very quiet.............. WE NEED UPDATES DAVID ! Quote
KatoKid Posted July 4, 2016 Author Posted July 4, 2016 (edited) Guilty as charged gents.....pretty serious with my MTB racing now and training takes all my time and energy so haven’t been paying much attention to what’s happening here and nor have I been doing much with prepping the bits I have at home ready for when the car is back from panel jail. But good news......colour is on the underside and interior with the final exterior and panels to be finished in the next week or two. Edited July 4, 2016 by KatoKid gav240z and mossy 2 Quote
CBR Jeff Posted July 4, 2016 Posted July 4, 2016 That looks great Dave. I know how much time the old MTB can suck up. Just got back from a ride my self. Jeff Quote
