Hi Gav

Thanks for posting, I was a huge Brock fan back in the 80's.

Cheers

Disagree. I thought it was rubbish. Not one reference to driving the mighty Volvo 850.

I had completely forgotten about that car.

Interesting how the reporting of history often overlooks things that don't exactly algn with the folklore.

The Brock Fords is another example.

I think it was really a segment around the Holden's more so than other cars, so yes it wasn't the complete story but it was still interesting and I still enjoyed the bit of history.

its no 850 but still OK to look at. A Volvo wagon that's not a shoe box on wheels

.. a shoe box on wheels

A shoe box on wheel... you can bring those roll bars back right now.

I'm hoping to have a new car this week and sadly the mighty 850 will have to go, it has been a champion workhorse.

Father and Son - 260z restoration project.

After a long wait (about 11 months) there are 3 new videos in this series. Video #60 is particularly interesting as it details how 'Dad' re-dyed the plastic interior panels.

I have ways to do it for Youtube content, for History Channel I can play with some proxies etc.. But it's a massive hassle at the best of times. I'm sure someone will put it on Youtube soon enough ;).

*Edit just tried, but on top of Geo restriction they make you sign into a TV provider to verify you are a paid TV member. I am not so cannot get past that verification step ;(.
