    Haha I've gotten a few cars blasted before. The car coming back in one colour and all the rust removed, in my opinion is always a great feeling.

    I would recommend getting it blasted. Even though your car is full of rust (all Datsuns are anyway), it'll actually be easier to work off once its been blasted and the car being a single primer colour instead of a mix of bad rust, surface rust, primer, and paint.

    @Millerman I think you bought the shorter ones that suit the 510 more. The longer stalks are for an extra 13-14,000 yen.

    The japanese used car market has been interesting as of late. I see a lot of sellers with an asking price of $X, but I haven't seen many actually selling for $X anyway. Has this been the case over the past 2 years or have we actually seen sales of cars for $X? I think prices are dropping for most assets because sellers are just being realistic now and adjusting their expectations as a result.
