I do enjoy these videos. Some great cinematography in this one aided by the country and subject.

Mr Higgins is a class act.

That 912 video was 1 of the best so far, and the Easter Egg was getting some S30Z's in there too!

Just watched this. Have been trying to get to it for a week now. Worth the watch. Great event with some old timers Stig and Bjorn. Quite a few Z's a 1600 and some other old cars. Ian Duncan's Pirrana is a strong car. Big effort from the Tuthill team.

Thanks for that one Jeff. Some friends of mine crewed for a Zed in this event in 2005. It was good to get a better appreciation of what they went through.

Some period racing IMSA, GT touring ect. Currently up to day 3 or 4 for replays, but shows some good racing from 50's to early 80's. Its amazing to see these old cars stretching out their legs still.

At about 2 hour mark there is a 280ZX in there but wasn't able to spot the Paul Newman IMSA car in there at all.

Realised after watching it was from 2013. There is 2015 report which I haven't fully watched but has a z in the intro. Thought that was enough reason to post it. Also mentions that the pirrana had change to v6 from a v8 and that Bjorn passed away since the last rally.

Got a soft spot for Early Honda's. Trying to convince a friend to buy an S600 project we can work on together instead of the Third Gen Prelude (which is also a great car!).

Thanks for posting Gav. They were a memorable car.

The valuers on this series never seem to give much away with the unusual or less desirable cars.

I would have thought one in good nick like the orange one shown would be worth a bit to the right buyer.

I get the impression the valuer doesn't know much about Japanese cars in general. Seems to struggle a bit whenever values get mentioned. I think also so few of these cars go through an auction house at the moment it makes it hard to gauge. I would think restoration costs shouldn't be too high, provided you can find the parts and start with a relatively complete example.

I do think they would fetch the right amount of money for the right buyer, but it's hard to tell how many buyers are out there looking for 1?

A friends Grandma had a Honda Life, like the 1 shown here. I always thought it was a cool little car. Shame they got rid of it.

Like the 240K's I think these might come back as a desirable little car, but supply has definitely got to be limited at this stage.
