Administrators gav240z Posted February 23, 2014 Administrators Posted February 23, 2014 Very clean Fairlady Z432 in white. Weird, it has the later console but vented hatch. Love the exhaust set up. Me thinks Mr Safari will be getting that. Quote
Six_Shooter Posted February 23, 2014 Posted February 23, 2014 Very clean Fairlady Z432 in white. Weird, it has the later console but vented hatch. Love the exhaust set up. Me thinks Mr Safari will be getting that. What about the later sail panel badges, indicating that it is really likely a later car. Probably the hatch is wrong. Quote
HS30-H Posted February 23, 2014 Posted February 23, 2014 Very clean Fairlady Z432 in white. Weird, it has the later console but vented hatch. Love the exhaust set up. Me thinks Mr Safari will be getting that. What about the later sail panel badges, indicating that it is really likely a later car. Probably the hatch is wrong. The rear quarter panel emblems are the earliest Japanese market type, with the letter 'Z' on a flat unvented disc. The quarters are unvented on that car. It'll be the console that is 'wrong' for the production date of the car. Possibly the car was restored or refurbished at some time in the past and the original was absent, damaged or unobtainable. It may have been updated with a 'B' type transmission, making it necessary to swap to later console for shifter clearance. There are lots of other 'wrong' parts on it too. Nice car though. Quote

Next to the S20, this has gotta be a favorite of mine. Quote
Riceburner Posted February 26, 2014 Posted February 26, 2014 You think it sounds good as he goes through the gears, then as he stomps it all hell breaks loose! I wonder what sort of power figure they will get. Quote

C.A.R. Posted February 26, 2014 Posted February 26, 2014 Maybe I'm missing something, but it doesn't sound all that 'spine tingling' to me... Oh & it's NOT got 400ps! (notice they didn't show a dyno graph...?) Quote

Administrators gav240z Posted March 27, 2014 Administrators Posted March 27, 2014 Yeah I think they have fallen in love with the Z to be honest. It's got all these shiny parts. Still funny to see it set good times against the other stuff that was there. . Quote
