If citation is required for a statement or opinions are expressed via internet forums, then I would hardly call this 'EVIDENCE'.

Fact: Vicroads considers 2+2's a coupe (printing reg stickers such as 197x Nissan coupe)

Fact: Vic police considers 2+2's as a coupe (Infringment notices state 197x Nissan coupe)

Fact: Road toll companies such as Citylink do not conform with the term 2+2 - Only terms such as coupe, sedan, convertible comply

My 2c+2c,

My parents own a big 4wd that has "Sedan" on the rego. And there are 4 door "coupes". Point being these terms are used very loosely.

When someone says, WTB 240z or 260z coupe there is no doubt what they mean, they want a 2 seater. When someone says they own a 260z coupe there's no doubt what that means. When someone is selling a 2+2 and says WTS 260z coupe and no where does it say that it is a 2+2 that is totally misleading.

Sure there are pictures but those new to the scene might not pick it as easily.

I still think I'm right.

Well that makes 1 off you.  :P

If your rellying on Wikipedia and forums to prove your point............ You're probably wrong.

2+2 is still a coupe mate  ;)

However, it is also referred to as a "bus". So would be handy while driving in peak hour traffic in the bus lanes  ::)

A 2+2 is also commonly known as a "Station Wagon" but you don't see WGN on a rego sticker ! ;D ;D ;D

My 280zx (Boby Dick- the big white whale) is certianly more WGN than CPE..........hehehe

"technically" they are a lift back, a hatch back is much squarer at the back like a mini station wagon.....

sounds better anyway huh!!!

Man right around the corner from my folks place. I wonder who's garden it's been sleeping in for the last few years.

Could be a good deal provided tin worm hasn't taken hold.

First time I saw it was around 2007; back then it looked like a barn find type zed. A bit dirty but very original and complete.  Damage was done in a car park by somebody backing into it. Rust has progressed unfortunately.

I'm only a newbie, but everything I have learnt from this forum suggests that rust is like an iceberg, what you can see is only the tip of the problem.

My untrained eye can see a fair bit on her.

Still worth a look though

Can't be worse than mine!

Might not be worth 3k, but as long as the only rusty spots are the common ones it can't be too far gone.

A friend sent me this  for a Z432. AUS dollars is divide by 30 or 31 . My problem is no engine pics and I would have to live in it if I got it.

You know, in Thailand, they have very beautifull girls all dressed of in traditional costume, dancing, looking georgeous.

They have approx 2000 hand positions, that are held, as they dance.

Every one of them means "NO" !!!

Can anyone verify the 432 authenticity or price? My guess it's a mockup, not hard to do!

You have learnt well then, because that's often exactly how it is. Unless it's a well documented restoration you could be getting yourself into a world of hurt.

Dressed as a Z432-R (Black Bonnet) badges missing, described as a 1975 280zx :) but has a 1970 240z badge, money is about right for a car in below average to average condition I would think going by prices in Japan, on current exchange rate AUD $73,500 which would support it being genuine. I am trying to contact a friend of mine so she can translate for me. As you have said, really need picture of the engine.
