Is this the one that was on my105.com a while ago?

Maybe this is why Jason is selling up some cars? Making room for one of these bad boys with a turbo. For that new class that was discussed a while ago.

Old uncle Carlos has been looking to move that red 2seat 280zx on for some time.

This car has been around quite some time!

Can be used on dirt or tarmac, and yes under new rules it could be re-jigged as a Turbo, and then it may just be competitive, but it is up in the modern category,  with stiff competition, , whereas a 240Z is in early classic, in tarmac rules, and also plenty biting at the heels there.

No Luvem, not selling up in order to play with this car, but would have considered it 10 years ago !

Good potential, and a ready to go bit of kit.

Not feeling zzzzz love here Lachlan!

Please explain why you feel you have to merge that HS130 and yet, S30 cars on eBay have their own threads?

Hotfrog tells me no S130's allowed  8) ::)

What are peoples thoughts on that rear spoiler on the 2 seater 280ZX?

I've always thought about putting one on my car. Does it actually help at high speeds?

Hotfrog can go get hit with a 4 iron!  :P

On a side note.

Those plates ZZZ-280 must be worth $5,000 by themselves  ;D

All this talk about 280zx 2-seaters and that other thread about over-priced number plates jogged my memory. I saw this on facebook and then via club email, but the 280zx 2-seater from the fat-pizza movie is for sale, no price listed

^^ Anyone willing to check out the above for me^^. Will compensate for time and petrol. Discription says 1969, so may be worth purchasing.

Sorry guys, #220 sold to me :)  ;D

It's missing the original engine and needs lots of work , but it's an early shell so it's still worth saving. Orginal colour is orange. Going to sit on the shell for a rainy day project. Still have to finish my yellow RB26 240Z first!

Does anyone know how I can tell what the engine block number should be as I have been told the early cars don't have the aluminum plate in the engine bay?

As far as I know the plate should be there no matter how early they are.

Now hurry up and finish that RB26 Z :)
