Considering the current examples up on ebay/gumtree at present with the yellow one in penrith wanting 25k and good examples going for 35k plus. Reserve would have to be close to 30k. Man that door is finished That looks like an original 5 speed knob, along with 71A gearbox, TM-1081ZB(S) radio, steel fan and even exhaust system (possibly missing outer tip). It doesn't mention matching #'s engine though! The door ain't too bad, you can get a lower half of the door patch panel from Tabco. I am actually inclined to repair existing doors rather than go for the rare spares complete skin as the fitment is better on the OEM door skins. It looks like it was blasted back (all filler removed) and some of the rougher areas exposed. The rear 1/4 panel probably being the worst bit, along with roof. It has some unusual rust spots too, probably from filler being used incorrectly! It actually has a lot going for it, despite the current appearance. *Edit HS30 01311 has been passed around quite a bit lately... first showed up as shown in photos here. This thing sold on gumtree for $5K not so long ago and has been through a number of hand's all trying to flip it for a Quick profit ! I had someone offer it to me for $15k . The ashtray is $400 USD alone, the radio $700-$800 USD without Faceplate (if it's working) Faceplate and they are now routinely asking over $1000 USD on eBay US. It's an early car (probably no's matching), shame someone took the Topy's off it (probably to keep for themselves), but it looks relatively complete and original. Yes it is rusty, yes it needs lots of work, but these cars are starting to fetch good money restored and in my opinion will likely continue to do so. $5k buys you a 1200 coupe shell these days in similar shape... we all know the S30Z is the pinnacle car for that era.
