Forget the blue/red, that was just some US based privateer, that every Tom, Dick and Harry now copies.
I reckon what you have done is very good, and bearing in mind it doesn't really kick off until late next year, 2019, if you push it to as many sites, and pages, as possible, to get the wider car enthusiast community, to realise that the Z car will soon be 50 years old, will hopefully focus more attention on the Japanese classic cars.
A number of years back, one of the Aus Z clubs did a small run of similar high quality badges, to commemorate their existence, a few of these very high quality badges were put on some cars, but the majority were just put into a draw or boxes of memorabilia.
You look at a lot of the Brit/auK cars at car shows, and they proudly wear their tin badges!
