  1. Looks great! where does the rear diffuser mount off? And what kind of pricing for these?
  2. Would you be willing to ship up to Brisbane 4034? Pricing?
  3. Where are you located?
  4. Thanks for the link, some pretty decent items on there. Awesome price for the HV oil pump! I just cant find anything matching the piston specs I'm after, am i missing something?
  5. Hi there, I'm currently in the process of rebuilding my Frankenmotor L28 and I'm attempting to chase down a set of 87 or 88mm flat top pistons for it. Everywhere i look they have the bloody dished pistons but no flat tops... I can get some ITM ones through ebay from the states for $300+ but i was hoping there'd be a decent local option. Anyone know of somewhere to get a set and help me out? Thanks in advance!
  6. Andrews got it sorted, its really simple as i found the other day; Remove the 4 screws holding your heater panel, once your in behind that there's one screw under the clock on the 'strap' holding it in place, take that out then it just takes a bit of a jiggle and the undoing of an electrical connector then the clock will pop right out, the 'strap' stays attached to the dash. Only a 5 min job

    83.5Mm Pistons

Hi all, looking to see if anyone has a set of flat top 83.5mm pistons they didn't need. Preferably in Brisbane but willing to pay postage for the right gear
  8. Alright great thanks, my crank definately needs some love aswell!
  9. Ah great, thanks Lurch. On another note, there seems to be a grey area around how much you can bore P30 blocks, my hopes were to take it out to 86mm so I could just use standard l28 or l20 pistons. Any thoughts?
  10. Hi Guys! Im a bit of a newbie but here goes. I couldnt seem to find a thread on this kind of topic after a bit of searching so i hope im not trying to revive a dead horse. Looking to get the ol gal back on the road after a ring snapped and decided to have a go at the cylinder wall, so im after a decent engine machining shop in Brisbane (preferably Northside) that someones had positive experience with in the past or that knows the L Series well. PLR Engines in Brendale seem like a decent option but the reviews are pretty bi-polar. Any advice or opinions are very welcome, thanks in advance!
  11. Is this still for sale? Did you have any photos ? Cheers
