You are a sick puppy LMAO

Yes, you have all had your break from me, now 12 months worth of agonising and tormenting posts await you all.

Will start in earnest shortly, break open the panadene forte's.

Greetings

Life is now back to a level of normality, and although I have kept in touch with a few off line, finding online time has been difficult due to work and constant interstate travel.

The bank account is now in a far better place, the bank manager is happy enough now to allow me to splash some cash, so I am planning a chassis building day in November and am putting out the call to those who may be interested in lending some of their time and expertise over a weekend to push my build over its biggest hurdle and back on track.

This is too complex and critical a job for a one man show and I am really looking for a couple of members who want to be part of something that I feel will be a special one off build.

Im now assembling some of the critical ancillary parts required and was lucky enough to come across a nice piece of kit in the Saleen Mustang T56 cross member pictured which will really work nicely with what Im planning.

Expected build weekend will be in late November once all the rest of the kit needed fo the build have arrived, location will be advised to respondents but location is 15 minutes from the CBD on the west side of the Yarra.

Cheers

John

Yes Yes ! Welding Lots of Welding ! LOL

Jamo that would be great, this wont be a one day job, fabrication of the sections will involve alignment on the car then final square up off the car and finish welding on a squared jigged bench followed by alignment and mounting of the engine trans and diff totally outside of the vehicle.

So there will be a Sh*t load of fab alaignment and welding to do.

Cheers

Time to put some of that lost faith in my project back on track and amuse you all.

Just kidding, thanks Gareth, hope by the other side of new year we will be moving onto page 100 of this thread and show off some of the great craftmanship of some of our members in the process.

Cheers

Why do you ask two dogs LOL  ;)

With you recent Yoga activities I couldnt think of a better person to get into those small tight constrictive places during assembly.

Youre very welcome Scoota  ;)
