cracker Posted October 16, 2014 Posted October 16, 2014 I'ts been on Ebay and up on CarSales for a bit. Weird thing is...where are the vent holes on the rear quarter? I remember seeing it for sale as a pair on ebay some time ago - if it is a different seller perhaps they bought the two and selling one (or both) off separately. If memory serves correctly the pair were bought for around $11k (Can't remember details of other car) Quote

PeterAllen Posted October 18, 2014 Posted October 18, 2014 They are Dayton wire wheels like mine but he/she has just stuck Ferrari stickers on the caps - sloppy. Quote
Administrators gav240z Posted October 18, 2014 Author Administrators Posted October 18, 2014 / off topic Peter, I'm sure you've seen this? I don't understand what is being said (think it's Dutch) but believe it's a replica based on a real Ferrari (just not the famed GTO). Looks like a lot of fun! /end of off topic. Quote

Administrators gav240z Posted October 20, 2014 Author Administrators Posted October 20, 2014 When a car like that doesn't make reserve first time around I think it struggles to reach that peak the longer it's on the market. It can get stigmatised as people start to think there is an issue with the seller or car itself that hasn't already been disclosed. The US still has the largest number of S30z's on the market, but even so low VIN # are quite rare to come across. I see a lot of early cars but always in the 1000+ build range. There isn't many of the very early cars left that's for sure. $12k AUD is still a great price for something that looks very much neglected. It may have not been dummy bids last time, keep in mind it takes 2 people to drive the price up. In this case perhaps the second bidder has dropped off? Anyway it will be back I'm sure as it didn't reach reserve again. Quote
