I got in touch about this earlier today, Jenny has found a buyer but is waiting for payment (which she said if he doesn't pay tonight, she'll move to the next person in line to buy). Apparently I'm next in line but I don't need it (doesn't suit my z). If i do get a chance to purchase it, I'm more than happy to provide her with someone else's details. Otherwise I'll be giving it a miss.

Gav, how different is the 240z and 260z rear valance panel outer dimensions wise? As it seems like its not too hard to modify one to suit a 240z?

Trung, is it you with first dibs on this?

If it is and I can help let me know.

Different enough to make it not really worthwhile. I will repair mine. It will be the same amount of work. Well except for the fact that it has the nice curvature to it already. But it also has those horrid cutouts for the rear bumper (280z style).

Jenny with the rear valance is also selling an AU parts manual.

$400

These are great to have!

1975 Issue also, I have the 79 version. So this may contain some earlier part no's. For example AU market fender mirrors are not listed in the 79 version. Might be in the 75 version though!

That internal photo of the valance is useful to explain how you can redrill the number plate mounts to line up with Australian number plate holes.
I'm assuming from the part number that the valance is 260Z 2 seater and not 2+2.
It's hard to tell just looking at it from the photo.
Still a very good buy when you factor in time to repair an old one.

Do you know what these ended up selling for?

What did you search under to find them? I look over yahoo Japan a few times a week and didn't see those.

$242 before shipping before broker fee's. If you visit the link you'll see the figure in yen.

Standard 44 phh are 48 at the outer opening so they have only been taper bored out 2 mm to 50 . The last set I had were bored to 52 mm so not uncommon .
