  3. auto or manual, makes no difference just need ecu and loom to match
  4. hey guys a friend of mine is after a 280zx ecu and loom, he may also need a airflow meter

  6. I work at supercheap and I must say I also think those helmets are a little slow to react when your working in the shed or in darker conditions. all in all there a good little helmet for the price but I would not recommend it if your doing a lot of welding or using it for work
  7. I was going to start drifting my 280zx and I would be going turbo if I was you, its easier to get power and cost a lot less
  8. there is a black box in the engine bay (voltage regulator), I blew a fuse in mine and it done the identical thing, try replacing the fuse and putting the old alternator in. the regulator looks like this pic
  9. people will kill me for saying this but if your not built like a brick s!!t house then a z32 300zx might not be a bad idea, a mate of mine is 6.3-6.4 and he had no issues in it, there a great car if maintained and you can get a decent one for under 8k

  16. head needs to come off etc to do those, also I would say 98 fuel and penrite hpr 15 if it has recently been rebuilt or if she is a bit tied hpr20
  17. lurch had a close ratio 260z box which will work well, it was all rebuilt etc
  18. what size tyres do you need for the rims, are the rims themselves ok, I have a heap of 13-14" tyres and may be coming to melb this weekend

I really loved having my 260z 2+2 as a first car, it taught me a lot and made me not do any stupid stuff due to it being expensive to repair, the only thing I hated was parts where hard to find and not cheap other then that it was a cool car and I wont get rid of her. if you really want a z car I would buy a 280zx or z32 as they are a bit easier to drive in town and have electric everything

  23. sounds stupid but change your ball joints, my 260z and my 280zx have both had the same symptoms and once I changed the ball joint it stopped
  24. happ are very good, and yes you can get both 2 and 4 post lifts through supercheap
  25. its going to sound stupid but you can buy them through supercheap auto at a reasonable price
