if its running a factory computer, they do not use them, it sounds as though you have a air leak or your air flow meter is giving you grief. as for the exhaust I had 2.5 inch and it was good, for fairly stock 2.25 inch would be fine
Mickboy has a 5 speed early 240z box he would more then likely sell, just shoot him a pm, he is in albury nsw however but with ego shipping isn't too bad
I personally run penrite HPR15 15W50 in my z the engine is fairly fresh and can at times cop about 18psi of boost up its back side, the other oil I use is Nulon 15w50 street and track
why are you after such a thin oil ? also penrite's scales is a bit odd so HPR5 will be a 5w30 or 10w30 equivalent

old school rolls carbs came with ball bearings not roller, the only way I knew they where rolls carbs is because I sent off some pics etc to a carb specialist as I was having trouble finding parts to fit, a good score at $200
I have ball bearing runners on my shafts and slides on my Rolls Royce SU'S on my 260z, the difference in response from the jap SU'S to them is quite a bit, they are very very smooth also and have no signs of wear
i have 2x carb E88 heads, one a very early one similar to the E31, other is a later one, i have 1x E88 EFI from a R30 skyline, i also have 2xN42 head and a Nm47 from a R30 also
i cant believe you still cant find one, if i didn't tell a good mate he could have the E88 that was in my shed i would have sold it too you, i may however have a nm47 coming soon
hi guys,
it has been a sad day for me as one of my old girls was involved in a accident, as a result the rear quarter panels have been damaged (one beyond repair) and also have a badly damaged passenger door. what I was wondering is wether or not the panels are the same up until the roof or if they are different.
cheers pauly
there a threaded bush, helicoil can come out where as timesert stays locked into the position, you can do up and undo as many times as you want with out worrying about pulling out the coil
