you need better brake fluid agno ,im yet to have my 260z have brake fade and im running s12-8 also, or maybe I might not have been going as hard as you
the black one doesnt look terribly terribly bad but the blue one is roached, also did anyone else notice that the exhaust manifold on the black one looks a bit odd
i have the toyota s12 caliper on standed rotors, i will tell you one thing, if you hit the brakes hard you will know about it, it can also cause red dots to appear on road worthy inspectors heads from time to time.
hi mick, is your car a 240z or 260z, early 240z boxes had the 4 bolt flange and the later 240z- 260z boxes had a input shaft. i have a spare 5 speed but im unsure of the condition as i have not even had it apart yet
i would put money it is that brand new thermostat, try this part number TT1-160 , the one listed opens too late and causes it too get past the point of no return
If it was in nsw it would just be treated as a new vehicle for rego purposes , the compliance plate would not be a issue as its prior to 1989 as for the engine they won't have a record so it wont matter what engine is in it. This may be different in vic though
they are just s13 coil overs, you can do this to most base height adjustable s13 coils, you need to cut off the knuckle and weld it to the base height adjuster and your done
luck of the draw my friend, some can be bored out that far others cant, I know people who have purchased 5 or 6 blocks just to find one that can take 89mm comfortably
