Administrators gav240z Posted April 19, 2013 Administrators Posted April 19, 2013 Love this Ferrari video. I think the reason we all love our S30Z's so much is that they remind of the 60s era Ferrari's at least when I drive my S30Z I feel that way anyway. Quote

Also liking the Petrolicious series of videos, great variety and insight. "the best way to celebrate cars like this is to really drive it and enjoy it" +1 Quote

dat2kman Posted May 17, 2013 Posted May 17, 2013 Llo, Mr Gumby here! Someone youtube search Morgan Park HRCC 2013, In there is "my mate battles with a mustang" Stick it in here. It features a legally ( almost) old blind grumpy bloke in a Blue Z, getting blocked by a Shelby, and hassled by a lite Alfa Quote

luvemfast Posted June 1, 2013 Posted June 1, 2013 My best lap of Sandown (for now). Looks like you took the final corner slower and more cautious than needed because of the supra Which is great, cos there's more time you can knock off! Great one Quote
redrbzed Posted June 2, 2013 Posted June 2, 2013 That's no Supra that's a R35! And yes you're right, I did back off briefly. Quote
redrbzed Posted June 8, 2013 Posted June 8, 2013 One more from Phillip Island earlier in the year, my best lap to date 1:44.7 Quote
Administrators gav240z Posted June 9, 2013 Administrators Posted June 9, 2013 Interesting race, I was surprised with the outcome! Quote
luvemfast Posted June 9, 2013 Posted June 9, 2013 I was surprised with the outcome! Really? They state power before race and the weight would be a big factor! Quote
Administrators gav240z Posted June 9, 2013 Administrators Posted June 9, 2013 Yeah I thought electric motor torque would have helped but the old 2.4ltr straight 6 still has a good pick up. Quote
Six_Shooter Posted June 9, 2013 Posted June 9, 2013 IIRC the Leaf uses a ramp for power output, that limits power at lower speed and RPM, to make it drive more like a conventional car. If it could have had full power from the start it would have either pulled far ahead at the start, as long as there was traction or just fried the tires, due to low traction. Quote
