mossy Posted May 13, 2012 Author Posted May 13, 2012 looking good mossy ,good to see you are doing a top job Thank Peter, not too much longer now to get the engine in and running! How many of the lines are you going to do? Done them all except the return fuel line, I made the main fuel line a bit too short to reach the bracket at the very rear of the car but I think it should be fine without. Quote
Riceburner Posted May 13, 2012 Posted May 13, 2012 Looks factory, I bet there's quite a few hours in all that bending/flaring! Quote

Ledge Posted June 23, 2012 Posted June 23, 2012 This looks fantastic mossy, One of the best builds i have seen on here yet. Haven't seen many people go to this extent and it will be one of the best cars going around when your done. Love the colour, love the wheels. Don't cut any corners now the devil is in the detail. By the way how close is that orange to the 918 orange ? Cheers Paul Quote
mossy Posted June 23, 2012 Author Posted June 23, 2012 Thanks Ledge, the colour is definitely brighter than 918, it was a really hard decision to pick the right colour too as its one step you cant really go back and change(unless you want to strip the entire car again) , i think it will come together nicely though once the exterior coat is on. chris240 Posted June 26, 2012 Posted June 26, 2012 16x8 0 offset watanabe r type tyres 225/45/16 For the 574 persons that have asked about wheel and tyre sizing....this is IMO the perfect sizing for rim and tyre with stock tubes etc. Quote

Road tyres aren't an issue due to the different side wall shape Looks hot Mossy. It's all coming together, every little piece makes a difference to how the car looks. It must be great motivation for you Quote

acf321 Posted July 7, 2012 Posted July 7, 2012 Hey Mossy, Loving your car buddy, and colour schematic too! Here's a few more beauties that I used as inspiration for mine. What was the specific colour name you used? mine is called Mclaren Papaya Orange. Rgds Adam Quote
mossy Posted July 7, 2012 Author Posted July 7, 2012 Hi Adam, I was wondering where you dissapeared to! Your car looks great in that colour cant wait to see it finished. The colour I chose is porsche signal orange which i think is very similar to the GT3 orange, was a real hard decision to make but I'm pretty sure it was thr right one Quote
