oldmates260z Posted November 7, 2014 Posted November 7, 2014 This one would be good if not just for the carbies http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/260z-Nissan-Datsun-/261652385107?pt=AU_Cars&hash=item3cebb28d53 Quote
Administrators gav240z Posted November 10, 2014 Author Administrators Posted November 10, 2014 240z on Trademe.co.nz http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/used-cars/other/auction-804254955.htm Only 1 photo, looks rough. Asking $16,800 NZD New NZ on black plates Rego on hold L28 with Triple Webers. Seats reupholstered. Currently on Simmons wheels and Nismo Clutch Plate LSD this not included in the price but can be negotiated. Has new bushes fitted. Needs a few thing done before it can go on the road and I discuss genuine buyers Please no dickheads and just don't have the time! Please call no TEXTS and no SWAPS!! Cool old car and will probably regret selling. I have parts which can be negotiated with the buyer eg. G nose, spoilers. Quote
Administrators gav240z Posted November 10, 2014 Author Administrators Posted November 10, 2014 Well that was fun to watch. $32K NZD for that 240z. http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/used-cars/other/auction-799417737.htm 222 bids before it was over. If it is solid I still think a reasonable buy. Quote
George Posted November 10, 2014 Posted November 10, 2014 Eh, it's not real money, it's in NZ$. Great price! I keep going back to the comment from craig701, '$5000 now!'. Quote
Karljsw Posted November 10, 2014 Posted November 10, 2014 $28744.78 Aus There you go George Apparently one of the guys on NZ Z club has seen the car previously, has rust in the usual places allegedly Quote
andyk_79 Posted November 10, 2014 Posted November 10, 2014 Genuine question as I have no idea - are Z's extra rare in NZ ? Compared to AU it seemed a big price given the sketchy knowledge the guy selling it had of the car - he couldn't even confirm if it was running...... Quote
Administrators gav240z Posted November 10, 2014 Author Administrators Posted November 10, 2014 Yes very rare in NZ these days. Many rusted due to weather over there snow / rain etc.. I'm sure Mike (Nzeder) could give you a better idea of numbers of s30z in NZ. Quote
George Posted November 12, 2014 Posted November 12, 2014 240Z $5k in WA www.gumtree.com.au/s-ad/kardinya/cars-vans-utes/datsun-240z/1061920994 Quote
Administrators gav240z Posted November 12, 2014 Author Administrators Posted November 12, 2014 It's a project car, not for the feint hearted. $5000 or best offer. I like that, so true. Knowing the limited supply in WA though I think it won't last long. Quote
RB26DETT Posted November 13, 2014 Posted November 13, 2014 I like that, so true. Knowing the limited supply in WA though I think it won't last long. One of the guys on here is selling it. Mr Camoflage Quote
Mr Camouflage Posted November 13, 2014 Posted November 13, 2014 Guilty. It's my "Devil Z - The before replica." Devil Z replica of how it sat in the Junkyard in Wangan Midnight. You get to make your own Devel Z after Replica Quote
Mr Camouflage Posted November 13, 2014 Posted November 13, 2014 Red ebay car went for $7000 http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/261648911641?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649 Quote
Administrators gav240z Posted November 13, 2014 Author Administrators Posted November 13, 2014 Yep and 5 bidders. Told you guys it would sell. Quote
Mr Camouflage Posted November 13, 2014 Posted November 13, 2014 Red ebay car went for $7000 Minus the $253.50 in fees they will be charged because they listed it under the wrong category (Die cast toys), instead of the $68 fee they would have been charged if listed under ebay motors section. Quote
RB26DETT Posted November 13, 2014 Posted November 13, 2014 Waiting for the CSP311 Silvia listing Quote
Administrators gav240z Posted November 14, 2014 Author Administrators Posted November 14, 2014 Waiting for the CSP311 Silvia listing That would be the last 1 I'd sell if it were me. Quote
Mr Camouflage Posted November 14, 2014 Posted November 14, 2014 Waiting for the CSP311 Silvia listing #342 is already for sale on a facebook page for CSP311's Hoping to keep #340 at this stage. Quote
Mr Camouflage Posted November 15, 2014 Posted November 15, 2014 I like that, so true. Knowing the limited supply in WA though I think it won't last long. Still for sale. Apparently everyone thinks it's still 1988 in WA and want to pay appropriate prices. The last guy that looked at it today can get an American 240z bought and shipped to Australia for $1500 landed. I should have asked him for his shipping agent's name. Quote
