NGDCTeam Posted November 11, 2016 Posted November 11, 2016 Bring a trailer 72 240z sold for $30,000 USD. Getting harder to find a cheap 240z in North America now... values are only going 1 way. Meanwhile, plenty of decent Z's on many other classifieds for cheap! (American sites) I wish we had more Zeds in this country, could easily pick a usable Zed or parts without breaking the wallet. However, that car is well worth the money (even though that price is above average for the American market), look how well maintained and looked after that car is, it's a show stopper! Unfortunately, we mostly see below average or broken Z cars that sell for above 25k over here, yeah..... inflation. Quote

It's always good to see what the classic Japanese car market is doing. Series 2 R100 Australian Delivered possibly the best in Australia. I’ve owned this R100 since 2000 where I purchased it from Reg Smith Motors who held the original Mazda dealership of Australia. Car was originally sold to a elderly lady customer before It was purchased back from the dealership and shown in the Artarmon show room and then later at the now closed Harris Street motor museum in Darling Harbour where I purchase it. Although the car when purchased by myself did not need anything but a tune I couldn’t help myself and undertook a minor restoration including a sand back and paint no repairs were undertaken as the car was perfect, interior and boot was not touched and is 100% as left factory not restored, all original parts were re installed if no NOS parts were not available. Motor fully rebuilt utilising NOS parts including housing and plates. NOS parts I can recall installed, door & window rubbers, air filter, leads caps fuse box, grille, all lights and lenses, electric aerial, indicator switch, exhaust, starter motor, windscreen washer bottle, most motor parts, im sure there more car is predominately close to new. Car is 99% original down to the Michelin 145 tyres fitted with original spare. Car currently has 32,550miles on it which I have does 1500 of these since I have owned drives beautifully like a new car it and sits in storage so it is time it is moved on to someone that can enjoy it. Please do not contact me unless you are a legitimate buyer, car is located 3 hours North of Sydney so inspection is only by arrangement, unfortunately photos are the only ones I have at present until I can get to the vehicle. Des Posted January 7, 2017 Posted January 7, 2017 $8500 USD ! http://denver.craigslist.org/cto/5948576626.html 1972 Datsun 240z. I purchased in 2007 on ebay. Car came from Prescott Valley Arizona, It had been parked since 1981. I am the 3rd owner. In 2009 a fresh exterior only basecoat clearcoat paint was paced on a rust free no previous damage body. All bushings replaced. All fluids replaced. Car only has 92,000 original miles I have documentation to prove it. Everything works, Only thing that was added was a set of NOS hubcaps and rims. I have a picture book of restoration and a folder full of receipts. This is one of the finest example of an original Z car that I have seen. Please email questions or call/text with any questions. Local buyer will be given first chance to make a easy smooth sale. Thank you for looking Happy New Year. Quote
