Yeah! Have a go you never know, some people there may not take interest to the car or avoid anything related to deceased. If you can throw extra money to round this off, i think it will be a good buy, this is a sleeping beauty for sure! Goodluck!

True, but i tend to go about and have a look before i buy something, slow method i know, but it saved me last time. Though this looks way better than the lot i was looking at for a way better price!

Rarely i see "Excellent" ones for sale here even, would be nice to see the more good end models for that suggested price of around 18k. Would be quite sour if these investments get ruined on the road, finding another replacement... goodluck!

Would buy it! Then will sell it for $120 k in 3 months. "Immaculate! fully restored, survivor condition. No rust at all! These cars will continue to rise in value, so send me your easy money." haha Gav is right though, talking to some people away from sales sites may get you a better price, too many business sharks around these days.

What's worse is when others look at those prices and simply decide use the highest car prices as an example to justify their vehicle. If people were more inclined to get off the car salesman role. Though, that 2+2 looks very straight and clean. Definitely a well kept vehicle.

I agree also, i think the original and extremely well restored zeds, will go for the higher end market. However, it's a tad disappointing seeing other cars here bought for a much cheaper price then being flogged off at very high prices within a short period of time. I'm on the fence with this, as it's good to see these cars holding good value now, but the newer generation of zed enthusiasts don't really have a entry point. Also, these price hikes have caused parts to be very expensive now. it's not a sustainable investment for the usual grade z vehicles. It's a hard pickle, keep investing and saving for Z's or go with getting a investment property, but even those are expensive. What do you guys think would happen if Nissan releases their new Z35 car? Would prices fall or rise depending on the overall design?

Meanwhile, plenty of decent Z's on many other classifieds for cheap! (American sites) I wish we had more Zeds in this country, could easily pick a usable Zed or parts without breaking the wallet. However, that car is well worth the money (even though that price is above average for the American market), look how well maintained and looked after that car is, it's a show stopper! Unfortunately, we mostly see below average or broken Z cars that sell for above 25k over here, yeah..... inflation.

Wow, bloody thieves! Will keep an eye out around some garages also, i am sure they have their eye set on these cars. Any information regarding how it may have been stolen? eg on a trailer or driven away? This is one of my fears with these cars, once they are gone, finding another one or even replacement projects would be hard and quite expensive. Can't just throw $25k or above again.

Seems like not much has been done to this? i think the previous owner kept it in a better condition, but he does mention him using it for hill climb events.That treatment. If only it had a closer price tag from the previous sale would drive to Vic and buy it haha.

Seeing these posts with odd sales pitches, such as, "I need to stop typing otherwise I will start crying" and "This ad is for expressions of interest at this stage and if you haven't got 30 plus k don't bother.", are a little funny but more so tasteless. Yes, i understand these cars were bought for much less back in 2010 (this includes me) and are now worth double, but how do folks who are trying to get into the Z car scene over here (Australia) get their foot in, when unfinished projects or poorly restored zeds are this expensive?
