    The sludge is pretty normal, the pumps will sit on the bottom below all that. Hope it's not too exy.

    Hope there's not too much damage George. It's common for them to eventually seize and trip the breaker. The back up pump runs so you don't notice the difference until it stops too. Does it have any fault lights or high level alarms? If you know where they are powered from check if the circuit breakers are tripped. If so they'll probably be seized.

    I believe it was Mark Clapp who was reproducing these, he's a member on here and Hybridz. IIRC he was only able to do the G-nose type as an auto clave was required to vacuum form the standard type to the correct shape, the difficult part was the very sharp front corner.

    So what it the difference, later models have heavier spring rates?

    When I purchased mine 3-4yrs ago they had to check with Nissan in Japan who were only showing one set left. In saying that I bought NLA gnose covers new from japan even though Nissan said they don't exist anymore. I'm sure sellers have stock piles of certain products.

    Didn't you have a radiator cap let go last time at the island Lurch?

    I found a wider front track was a decent improvement for me aside from the other things mentioned. I used offset roll centre spacers instead of adj control arms which allowed me to keep the tie rods at the standard length. I think a set of adjustable sway bars would be fun to experiment with at the track too. I'm sure the experts will have a much better idea though.

    +1. To me it seems to be an Ivory colored interior, it's much nicer than those horrid stark whites you see in modern show cars. It compliments the exterior color really well too

    Could this RB30 hybrid dizzy be used to trigger edis on a carbed setup? Has anyone else done this mod or got more info on it?

    Yeah 17-20mm taller deck height on the LD block so only an L20B timing cover fits properly.
