I had never paid much attention to that color before, but recently I just love it!

Wishing I didn't sell that JDM front spoiler now.

Yeah I had 1 also and sold it to someone who really want it, thought I'd find another easily. At least Jay Ataka seems to supply them.

I'd refer to it as the Scuderia Nissan front lip.

Alan explained a bit about them here.

What's with the mirrors on the 432 car?

Not sure never seen them before.

Edit* Actually they may be later S31 mirros which are usually chrome and stick out, but look to be painted black?

Wow, that's pretty much what I'd like mine to look like eventually.

The hayashi streets look good on that silver s30 next to it too.

Here's a tip that sometimes works for images...

Right click on an image and select Search Google For This Image.

You'll find this page.

and I believe that Silver car may be the GreenLeaves Japan user on Youtube who sells Mikuni Carbs on eBay.

Yeah, been using reverse image search and tineye for a long time. Pain to do on my phone though.

Edit: Does look like the silver car is GreenLeave's judging off his blog. I've seen his videos on youtube before (and your comments on them haha), ever end up trying to source parts through them?

In my opinion, it just doesn't get any better than this.

All it needs is PB-0005 number plates :-) Edited by PB260Z

Sorry I missed this post, no I haven't tried to source parts. However I have a set of Triple Mikuni 44s so if I need parts I'll definitely give him a try.

I'm a huge fan of the Kobe Seiko Magnesium wheels. Sadly they are super expensive and you need to x-ray them for potential cracks. I have heard of replica's being available but only get produced in short runs. I would like to buy some during the next run, but prepare for wallet shock.

However I believe you can get the replica's in the KS Rally size. (Wider)

They are similar to those fitted to the Toyota 2000GT and give a really good period look in my opinion.

you'd think in this day and age that someone would make a replica of that wheel, not just a limited run. It doesn't look particularly complex but does look great and  I'm sure interest in it would be huge. An alloy version at the right price. I'd get a set just for the hell of it.

If I have the funds available when they are next being made I plan to buy a set. However expect to pay $5,000 for a set maybe more depending on exchange rate.

On the topic of Kobe Seiko wheels see this post.

http://www.classiczcars.com/topic/42525-rallye-wheels-ebay/?p=383478

It shows 3 different versions of the same wheel. The Z432 version, the Rally version produced for the Works Rally Cars and a later release in 15"

Notice how the Rally Version has the cut outs in the spokes? The Z432 version has a different inner hub area, designed to retain a center cap I suppose?

Feel free to post whatever S30z's you like, I just post cars I like and they happen to be 'period correct' looking examples.  ^-^

This is another awesome one, the type 'A' & 'B' works kits blend seamlessly with the cars lines 8)

I'd love to find more info and pics on the car. I believe Rocky Auto purchased it a while back.

By March or so next year mine will be looking similar to this, although it'll still have the 260z factory mag wheels and headlight covers are not currently high on the priority llist

even after he butchered his wheel spinning, R1 dragging 240z...... I always liked Darius' black 240... the body mods flow and don't buldge like some of the wide body kits seem to......... and its bloody quick

You used to post bad ass flared ones Gav, you've just turned into an old man since you got that clock and radio fetish.

You forgot trashcan lid hubcap and topy steel wheel fetish..

I'm just more into the idea of "A place for everything and everything in its place."

Besides I'm just trying to add balance to the universe, if everyone is into flares and big wheels I'm going to pull into the other direction. Variety is the spice of life and all that. If everyone was going stock I'd probably get a bit bored and want to modify mine.

Good thing I have more than 1 S30z eh?

I've always been hesitant to post nice cars in here that weren't necessarily an approach I would take.

But this thread is really lacking in 260Zs (not pretending to be 240s at least) so here's a nice 260Z. LHD in Japan too.
