Have you been drinking Sherry again? ???

He forgot to wear his respirator again and obviously was checking the Porsche lamps found a HID ballast controller had failed and spent to long inhaling down in the bunker again

Nice work lurch. Will that rear jacking point hold? ??? Similarly if the front of the sill has had a section cut out will it hold? My fronts have been cut and my rears are rusty! Where can i support my zed so it doesn't fall apart? (Front and rear suspension need to come off)

Impressive work. Fortunately no sign of the dreaded expander-foam! ;D

After I have repaired it Alex, of course it will hold. Why do you think it wont?

Just support the Zed on the chassis rails - the sills aren't the only place to jack up a Zed...

Cheers Lurch, was only worried that it might not hold while the section has been cut out, obviously once repaired it will hold it fine. I was just hesitant to support mine under a sill with a section that had been cut. Chassis rails sounds like a good idea, think I will support it there.

Cheers.

Yes, Lurch did all the work in Stu with no help from me.

I'm not sure how much swearing was involved but the result are out standing.

as well as the above work he also replaced the front brake rotor's, lining and back cylinder and lining at the same time. This was a Big job If I had any one else to do It would have probable sold the car as a non going project it was that bad.

I'm sure they couldn't have done it without your supervision. ;-)

You mean beers and bad jokes?  ::)
