zzzzed Posted February 7, 2013 Author Posted February 7, 2013 I called I. To Paul's workshop a couple of weeks ago. While I was there I took some snaps of our kids playing out the front. Also while I was at work I borrowed Chris's spoiler to see what it looks like. Hmmmmm One more of it sizing ip the competition Quote
Fairlady Z Posted February 7, 2013 Posted February 7, 2013 Very nice mick. Get the spoiler looks good. That subi will be eaten as a snack once you get a better diff ratio. Like the kids photo so awesome. Just need few more Quote
Roberto Posted February 7, 2013 Posted February 7, 2013 Also love the rear spoiler. You seem to have sorted out the ride height issue. Did it settle or you went coilovers?? Quote
zzzzed Posted February 7, 2013 Author Posted February 7, 2013 Yeh they settled. It also sits about am Inch lower again since I now have the core t profile tires on it Quote
thriller Posted February 7, 2013 Posted February 7, 2013 Spoiler suits it to a T! Also I never noticed the shaved rear end... I think the way it's been done looks perfect, i.e. under tail-lights is shaved, but still has the indents on the rear 1/4's. Personally not a fan of the shaved 1/4s. Photos with Paul's look cool. Jap day will be sensory overload with so many Z's. Quote
zzzzed Posted February 8, 2013 Author Posted February 8, 2013 I still have plans to make some caps to go in the bumper indents. I didn't want to fill them just Incase I decide to put a bumper on it one day Quote
Ledge Posted February 8, 2013 Posted February 8, 2013 Spoiler is the $hit mate Looks a million times better Quote
zzzzed Posted February 8, 2013 Author Posted February 8, 2013 Looks like I am hunting me down a spoiler then. How much are they worth? Quote
Ledge Posted February 8, 2013 Posted February 8, 2013 Pretty sure chris ferguson has one that Needs a paint, want me to sus it out for you Quote
Fairlady Z Posted February 8, 2013 Posted February 8, 2013 Cheap From about 50-100 second hand Or $200+ for new one Get a bre or zg style ones . Zg have the little hump at the back for badges. Got both so when u in adelaide come over see which one u preffer than hunt it down. Quote
zzzzed Posted February 8, 2013 Author Posted February 8, 2013 Pretty sure chris ferguson has one that Needs a paint, want me to sus it out for you Sure thing Paul. Tell him it's for mick from murray bridge who bought the willwood package from him years ago. He should remember me. Thanx John. I will be baseless so won't need the hump. Quote
Ledge Posted February 8, 2013 Posted February 8, 2013 He hasnt got it any more mate. I will ask around tho Quote
adam Posted February 9, 2013 Posted February 9, 2013 I agree with everyone else, it definitely needs the wing to 'complete' that rear end I've also been looking for a wing and have been quoted ~$255 for a 432 style wing from Japan delivered (fibreglass). Would definitely like to know of a source locally. Quote
zzzzed Posted February 9, 2013 Author Posted February 9, 2013 Alfa motor sport or top stage maybe? Quote
adam Posted February 9, 2013 Posted February 9, 2013 Topstage.. completely slipped my mind. Cheers Quote
zzzzed Posted February 10, 2013 Author Posted February 10, 2013 I think I found my missing hp. The boost gauge line had a big crack in it right near the manifold. It has now lost its overly large torque hole. This thing is going to be nuts once I get the 4:3 gears in it. Quote
