  1. I have a rear drum set-up (without the shoes) in Adelaide. PM me if interested. Cheers
  2. Best "upgrade" I have done lately is replacing my polyurethane steering coupler with the original rubber one. Much nicer to drive.
  3. Well I have managed to hunt down a purple speedo drive locally, so hopefully all good to go. It's good to know Nissan still has them too.
  4. Cheers Gareth, but purple is no longer available at MSA and not showing up anywhere else.
  5. Is there a speedometer drive gear pinion available for this ratio? I can't seem to find one.....
  6. It never rains, but pours. http://www.speedhunters.com/2017/03/datsun-s30-260z/ Thanks all for your kind words and "likes". Cheers
  7. I was fortunate enough to meet a very talented, young photographer at All Japan Day who volunteered to do a video production of my 260Z. Big thank you to Yianni from YV Media for producing such an amazing video of my car! This is a very nice summary and conclusion to this build thread. Cheers to all.
  8. Hey nizm0zed, Did you ever end up machining your hubs?
  9. I have a left side 74 260Z armrest. pm if interested. Cheers,
  10. I have a pair, black. Send me a PM. Cheers
  11. I have a pair I could be persuaded to part with. PM me.
  12. The cowl panels are different between Lhd and Rhd.
  13. Great result, but when did rwhp actually mean fwhp?
  14. This is interesting. Need for Speed 2015 with 240Z customizations. No wonder zed prices are soaring....
  15. Ebay of course. Just search "fuel oil hose" with appropriate internal hose diameter (I cant remember what it is right now) and use "elbow" for the 90 degree bends in the right size. i think my hose was aeroflow. Lots to choose from and really cheap.
  16. I did mine recently (obviously I have no vapour tank). I just used an appropriate sized vapour hose with 3 plastic 90 degree bends and was very happy with the outcome.
  17. The way to shift the bias forward is to cancel the factory proportioning valve, prior to regulating the rears with the aftermarket adjustable proportioning valve. I think you already know this. The 240z up to 73 had the factory proportioning valve at the rear RHS (and some believe it has residual pressure function too). After 73 we get the factory proportioning valve on the firewall. It's not really possible to give a percentage of front to rear bias on a standard 240z as it is not linear. Some people throw 70:30 around which is probably a good average, but the system is designed so that the harder you press the brakes, the more the rears get reduced.
  18. Here are some pics taken in Stirling on the Saturday. Also, a few nice cars on display the Adelaide Motorsport Festival.
  19. This one ain't too bad. It's from the TTT website.
  20. Scoota, do you do brackets for 280ZX rear disc conversions?
  21. In the USA: http://www.ebay.com/itm/JDM-IMPREZA-WRX-STI-TYPE-RA-R180-REAR-LSD-DIFFERENTIAL-DIFF-GC8-4-44-V6-/321839789612?hash=item4aef25762c&vxp=mtr Or if you prefer the UK: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Subaru-Impreza-WRX-STi-gc8-type-ra-DIFF-DIFFERENTIAL-MECHANICAL-R180-4-444-/261804134834?hash=item3cf4be11b2&vxp=mtr I would consider your 4.1 LSD if you choose to sell it.
