its definately a nice conversion for the money, i've talked to the guy a bit over pm's as i was thinking of going 1jz...factory 206kws, the only issue is making them manual is expensive, so its probably easily worth the money, pity it looks so ugly...

This popped up today:

Item number: 120456297919

Apart from the selling sounding like a twat in his description, it's definitely... Different.

Yeah he does have a slight chip on his shoulder. Although I think alot of it is tongue in cheek and probably doesn't want tyre kickers.

Any idea what WALTER'S are? I'm sure its a funny acronym for something.

Haha, yep couldn't agree more. Its functional but ugly, well I've certainly seen worse but the wheels and paint colour are not my cup of tea.

If that makes me a restorer or concourse loonie so be it. Don't know why he hates restorers so much, he'd rather scrap it than let someone else take it on and restore? I don't get that logic but oh well.

It looks like its an auto also? Have to say I would hate that (he must be old as stated).

Overall a good buy for someone looking to build a similar car. If you wanted you could give it a decent paint job and fix up the interior would clean up nicely but by the time you were finished you'd be at 30K.

Huh.

I 'know of' the owner of that Bus...

In the biblical sense?  Care to share?  Not interested in the 2+2 - more intrigued by your response?

My apologies. Edited to make more sense. Would you seriously be surprised if I knew him 'Biblically'?

Whatever floats your boat sweetie.  :-*  At least it might help explain the unhealthy fascination you both appear to have with 2+2s.  :)

Hahaha.

BTW I don't have a GRS30 any more... ;)

I know - but it's going to be very difficult for you to shake the stigma.   :)

Stigma? First I've heard of it... ???
