    Hi Peter I use a product called "Shoe Goo" it is designed to repair rubber shoe soles. it sticks like you wouldn't believe is flexible and waterproof. It actually sets just like rubber. Not all that easy to find, but some cobblers carry it. if it helps I could grab some and deliver to "The Shire" when I am in the office next week.

    I remember seeing a photo of a very similar car years ago, but it was red. Certainly a unique vehicle.

    What about putting a digital camera in trans tunnel then looking at the resulting photo ? Works for me when inspecting wall cavities etc.

    Hi Peter Here is a photo of the vent on my wife's Yaris, not a type that would suit you though. A quick google images search for headlamp vent will show you a few more .     + 1 on this I purchased my bottle from Gasweld in Taren Point, I just wasn't prepared to pay rent given it could take me years to empty the bottle.

    Dimitri is spot on (no surprise) to this day there is still a vent tube on the majority of our headlight assemblies. I will see if I can get a photo of one tomorrow.

    After a quick look at the photos, especially the OS Sill and Dogleg , I can't help but wonder what else is hiding under that shiny Blue paint ?

    Hi Peter Whilst I have no experience in the exact situation you are looking at, I have had a bit to do with Driving Lights over the years. You find that most of the better quality driving lights on the market incorporate some sort of breather in the body to combat the condensation issue. Hope this helps Cheers PB
