  1. Any one with a gauge, i would try about 4 psi. You'll hear it when it's close to right. http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Sard-Adjustable-Fuel-Pressure-Regulator-w-Gauge-BLUE-/321128250228?pt=AU_Car_Parts_Accessories&hash=item4ac4bc3b74#ht_2531wt_1170
  2. Can you get a better picture of an exhaust port?
  3. Dale has a spare one, i'll talk to him tomorrow, tax time and a 6 figure house restoration have kept him pretty quite.
  4. I'll go speak to Dale tomorrow.
  5. It's probably the choke stuck on, they will hiss when on.
  6. Yes 1 negative and two other wires. I actually managed to use a switch from Jaycar electronics to replace mine. Took a bit of tweaking, i'll see if this one lasts 13 Years.
  7. I have a 2 Seater with Tripled L28.
  8. No, the other one!
  9. Like it lots, is it irs? What did you pay for it if i may ask?
  10. What about mine? I'm considering selling.
  11. Member dalee has a few steel rims, he may part with two of them. Send him a PM.
  12. I have the factory manual too.
  13. There's only two bolt on the handbrake mechanisim, i change out both of them.
  14. I take the calipers off to bleed them, it's pretty easy. For the handbrake i used a shorter bolt.
  15. Gee that is sharp isn't it? Problem with the 2+2's is people like me just grab em and cut em in half. While everyone wants to save a 2 Seater the longer less desireable model is getting trashed at an alarming rate, i sourced parts from 5 different vehicles just to make one. Love your car, looks great. Should be an easy sale.
  16. Yes, engine mounts can look ok but be split right through on the top or the bottom. Your motor can move about but usually settles back in the correct place. You'll find out once you jack up the engine. It's surprising how much they can move around.
  17. Anyone aware of this? http://www.facebook.com/AustralianMotoringEnthusiastParty/app_144737729046625#!/AustralianMotoringEnthusiastParty Any comments or feedback? Seems like the people i would vote for.
  18. Sometimes conversations particulary on the interweb thingy can get off on the wrong foot, i myself have even had times when i've been ticked off about peoples comments on here but the fact is i don't carry it with me. These are a great bunch of guys with a vast amount of collective knowledge on Zeds, mechanical, restoration and anything you could care to mention that's related. Stick around, you'll find the right car. Anyways welcome and good luck with your search. Mark K
  19. Hmmmm, i think there are two different sizes, 18MM and 16MM.
  20. Ha, Classic. This Zed was pretty good value from memory. I'll be following this build with much interest. Congrats on your purchase.
  21. I quick calculation and it seems you use your Zed 432% more than 90 % of owners on here Engineering would be required for a brake conversion but that's If they notice. Engineering for me cost $870 for engine swap and all brakes. I was informed by the engineer that it would be between $750 to $1500 for the certification.
  22. Could be the same as 240 260Z with 14mm bolts on the hubs and 17mm bolts holding the caliper on. Simon should know, i'm sure he'll answer your question.
