    Parts car and donor metal to save another. If i was another year down the road i would save it. Has Near perfect dash, Momo steering wheel, no rust bonnet and a bunch of other stuff.

    Last time we stopped in Apollo Bay, perhaps you and i should meet up as it looks like we'll be the only ones from west (unless Owen decides to join in). These guys will take the bypass in Geelong so we could meet up at any point that suits you. I'll be in Geelong all weekend.

    If you have a fold out bed the springs are almost identical, just a little shorter but work. I know because i have one on one of my setups.

    Don't forget that the tailshaft is one of the most neglected areas of any driveline. For a couple of hundred dollars i would get it balanced. Modifying cars is like squeezing a balloon, the weak areas show up when you make other areas stronger. I just put a shift kit in the V8 Zed and it made all the clunks clunkier!

    That's what i said to him Gordon, the way it sounds is less like a car and more like some futuristic weapon! The midrange torque is unreal.

    I have spare sway bar bushes of the type that you describe. Also i found the Super Pro brand steering rack bushes i get from Bursons are a much better fit.

    I'm going to pass on buying these parts as i've found a complete car for sale minus engine and trans. It does have a very good bonnet and gaurds + heaps of other stuff.

    Just before you do that take the fuel pump back out and operate it by hand to see if it pumps fuel. If it does you'll know the problem is with the cam that activates it.
