    Its a change the oil after X km sticker. 次回 のオイル交換は! = Change the oil next エンジンオイル is engine oil. Don't know what the second one is. オイル is oil though? And the bottom something like after date month year. Damn, Alan beat me too it while is was using my google-foo, he outsmarted me with his city smarts and book learin' of Japanese.

    Membership Day will be on Sunday, 23rd February from midday to 3pm at the Belmont Sports & Recreation Club, corner of Abernethy and Keene St, Cloverdale/Belmont. The purpose of the day is to get together with other Z enthusiasts for a chat, renew your club membership (or join the club), and check out some Z's and maybe find a spare part or sell a few. There will be a BBQ and drinks are available at the BSRC Bar. Bring your Z down, and any spare parts you have for sale. See you there.

    The 2+2 window is shorter than the 2 seater as can be seen in the photo Scoota G posted. If you click the pic you can see a 2+2 glass laid on top of the 2 seater hatch glass. Its shorter by about an inch, not as wide and not as curved as a 2 seater glass.

    FYI tail lights are 260Z. 2+2 garnish, but the light unit itself can fit a 2 seater 260Z if you already have a garnish.

    I don't think Prince made any Mercedes engines under license. From what I hear, Prince licensed aspects of the valve train design for the Prince G7 Skyline engine from Mercedes.

    Not exactly. Just another Datsun myth that gets distorted over time to Nissan stole/copied the L series engine design from Mercedes, when in fact the story of the design of the L series is far more complicated.

    Watched an episode of classic car rescue where they boiled some vinigar in a kettle and poured that in the bores. Didnt work though. that mustang V8 was sitting without heads for a long time and bores had rusted.

    $15K might get you a 240/260Z in daily driver condition. Anything less would get you an unlicenced restoration project. Last 240Z I saw for sale in WA was $10,000 unlicenced but complete. That's if you can buy one before the WA Z hoarder buys it sight unseen.

    Maybe put new speakers in them like Kev did with his Hakosuka http://japanesenostalgiccar.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=1600&start=700 Although, these types of speakers are more suited to cars with rear shelves to put them on.
