Sorry, a bit off topic but after living there I understand that much of the patriotism is in defense of their freedom as a nation where the government is held accountable when they attempt to propagate a socialist/marxist ideology. That car is actually in Japan as stated by d3c0y which is why it's such an identify crisis to have. A Japanese car in Japan painted with the American flag. A bit weird for me. Quote
