i only had a quick look over it at a DS meet and then it was pretty tidy i couldnt fault it but from memory he was originally asking a round the 25k mark and at that stage it was above my price range.

quite a few parts i could use of that lot, if you had the money/time you may be able to make a decent profit out of all 3

Been in contact with owner, its apparently sold. He put it up for 15k but wasn't prepared to sell for anywhere near that. He told me that it was 'sold' for 22k, then asked me to offer him 25k to outbid the other person. I personally felt that it was wrong and went no further.

1970 240z (HS30 00063) with matching numbers engine. Bodywork and respray completed in 2000 along with a top end refresh of engine and new clutch with 5 speed 280zx gearbox. Car has travelled only 48000kms since. Has 280zx distributor and extractors but everythiung else is original. Dash was reconditioned professionally and is still looking new with no cracks. Car has been in storage for almost 5 years (is unregistered) but has been run regularly.

This 240z is just like all the others with some rust showing through on bottom of doors, rear wheel arches and along the roofline above the doors. Under battery tray looks ok and the spare wheel housing is rust free.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to restore a series 1(number 63) matching numbers 240z to factory specification.
