Totally agree, if you want LSD, Subaru is a good option. I have both a 3.9 and a 4.625 Subaru LSD. The 2 ratios make for good ratios for different track configurations, both are fine on the street but obviously the 4.6 is not great for highway driving. They are much easier and cheaper to find than Datsun LSD options. Mick

Yes, I used these wires for my electric fuel pump conversion. I found they terminated near the fuse panel so thought that was a good place for a relay and a cut out relay thingy (to stop the pump when their was no spark.) Hey Gav, that will depend on a number of things but the closer to the board you put the power point, the cheaper it will be. If your shed was nearby the main board I would be tempted to just put a 15a dedicated power point on the board and run a 15a extension lead to the shed each time you need it. Hi Jackson. If you put a fresh battery in the car, you will be able to start and drive the car a good few hundred k's during the day (no head lights on). You can then pull the alternator out and have it reco'd by an auto electrician or replace it by another you find on the forum or elsewhere. Where are you located in Sydney? I agree with Jason, for $50, I'd give it a whirl. But if you don't want hassle, go find something else. Those pics look like they should be titled "Major Hassle" Flywheel bolts will be about 10mm longer than flex plate bolts. Should be able to find these at a wrecker or place a wanted ad in here. The bell housing bolts are dependant on the transmission type / brand that was in there before. The BW35 in my 1600 has different length bolts, specific to location about the bell housing. Some areas of the bell housing are thicker than others. I think the 280zx may have had an L3N71B Aisin Warner box but I couldn't tell you the bell housing thickness. Just measure the bell housing thickness of the auto and compare it to the manual to work out if you need longer bolts. Again if needed, you should find these at a wrecker or place a wanted add on here.

Hard to give advice without seeing the wiring but, my 9/72 car has 2 relays for the high beam to function on the stalk pass button. 1 is located under the steering wheel area the other is near the passenger side kick panel. Not sure this will help but....

I wouldn't use them in that condition. I recommend you get the flywheel machined and use another clutch plate and pressure plate. Personally I'd get a brand new clutch kit but I'm guessing cash is a bit thin so, get something second hand in better condition that what you've got. Now here comes the sale ? I got used clutch and pressure plates you can have for $40 if you're interested. I swapped them for a new clutch kit when I did motor swap just over 2 years ago. No slipping or problems prior to removal. Cheers Mick
