Longer on RH due to car having one person on board for more time! It would not be due to road profile/shape here in Australia, as they did not bother with this for passenger cars. Japanese trucks many had to get the front axle cambered/bent in order to steer better on our crowned shaped roads.

I sold a set f 4.5" ones to a guy in Vic, after them for his old school race car. $25 each. The Roadster steel rims, same as the Z, but they should have three spot welded on lugs that hold the smaller diam hubcap on. Nissan deleted the lugs, kept the Roadster rim, and fitted a full cover hubcap for the Z

The twin dler unt is a straight bolt in, head does not need any modifying, FWIW.

H190 live rear end runs a slipover type rotor, dimensions very similar to VB Commdore vented front. The vented type MK63 over the Nissan vented rotor, has 14" rims fitting ver the calioers. H190 rear end is an ex Group B 240RS Rally car. Same caliper was used on front vented S30 bdy, but not this rotor. An alternative front rotor to Peugot 505 ( hard to btain in Australa) is a SAAB 9000. Very similar, but will need some minr machining, and final centering skim to one rotor side to fit caliper equally (1.1 mm)

Normally it would have two machined bits on the blck, with letter/number stamps, ie L26 and 000001 etc. This is at rear on right hand side of blck, above starter motor. There will be other raised cast numbers, sually on front f left hand side, denoting blck type, ie N42 The stamp you are asking about, does it look proffesional, or hand engraved. Where is it in relation to the two machined faces that contain the engine number?

We had the DSOA Roadster/Faillady/Skyline/Dato 1600 crowd hare last weekend, about 50 turned up, had a few cars into the workshop for some bolt on mods fitted, a sort of " Workshop Experience Session" One car of note that attended, was a very nice 1971 Skyline GT-R Members from ZCCQ including the new President also attended! Finshed up about 3pm, a very nice day!

Thats a regrind. Nice fat lbes, so better duration. It could do with a polsh up, to help your rockers! Use break in oil concentrate, it has higher zinc, hels the oil do its job. Set lashe cold, intakes at 10-11though, exhaust at 12-13 though It'll settle itself in nce run, then change oil, and run feeler over the rocker pads. That cam will be fine!

Guessing CE s Camshaft Engineering n Birubi st Cooparoo That grind number is a Wades/Clive Cams ( Melbourne) grind A close picture of the sdes of the lbes, and a measurement f the Base Circle Diameter, could indicate if ts a reground, a welded up lbe, or a billet cam. IIRC, it's a mildish grind, but still plenty good! Tighes grind specs se their own unique numbering system,,,,,,, The shims/no shims is an indication of someone has carefully ensured cam runs freely in the towers. Rings are delcate items, and detonation can crack them, along with the ring lands on the pistons. It'll have been a timing ssue. By time you hear "pinging/knocking" the damage has already been done

And, what Parts Per Million of zinc in their Redline, and for Penrite? Stuff all! There are oils that run far higher zinc content,,,,
