The exhaust is custom extractors into 2" pipes then join to a single 2.5" with 1 muffler in the centre. It was 94Db before but now it sounds a lot more . . . . Exotic! Quote
Scoota G Posted December 14, 2014 Author Posted December 14, 2014 I had a transmission failure about a month ago so now i have completely rebuilt the C4 and the wheels i bought off ebay that i tried on my other Zed are now fitted. 15X8 and 15X10 fit real nice on the 2+2. Quote

It will take some time to get it back because i am forced to go through the proper legal channels. I know it sucks and you may feel the need to comment but please be aware that this could also be used against me. I have been refining a few areas of the car, simple stuff really like making sure the horn works 100% of the time and throttle bracket. After working on the throttle i had to reset a few thing to make sure it was opening all the way (i don't think it ever was) After a test drive i made it go bang which turned out to be the Torque Converter, i sheered all the splines off it. With the wider tyres, rebuilt trans, re-jetted carby and reworked engine this thing is making some serious power. Anyway a new B&M 2000 RPM Stall converter is on the way. Quote

Had same happen on a car years back took 3 boxes to get one that would last any length of time. Lucinda must be quite the machine these days, she wasn't exactly slow when you took me for run in her about 12 months ago. How long until she is back on the road ? Cheers PB Quote
