Not really my cup of tea, I prefer to not flre a zed for the lines, have used other ways to fit big and good rubber under guards, however with the flares on and with the skirts will look integrated and may even change my mind.

 

Seeing the work you have done I know this will look right and be right.

Yeah I prefer the clean lines aswell but this is

Track only so in this case i don't mind spoilers.

As for my other project clean and low is the way

to go.

paul, as an aerodynamic consultant, one thing i really advice you to remove is the rear lip. that design you have wil lcost you seconds guaranteed. the reason zed designer leave rear bar high and slightly above the tank is to avoid what we cal parachute effect.

to lower the appearance i suggest rear under diffuser. rear diffuser will make the wing works better, we always recomend rear diffuser when you have setup your wing and front aero sorted. once thats sorted, you can start reducing drag by using rear diffuser ( this is the stage that you are able to lessen the wing angle from additional downforce)

 

Note: looks like i will have to design the stage 2 aero diffuser with wheel shrouds urgently.

Hi Freddy

Yeah I have a flat ally undertray that curls

up to the floor near the diff on the go at the

moment, it bolts bolts to the apron, it also goes

in the wheel arches.

Oh did you take into account my 700hp, that helps

compensate for drag

OK Compadre's

Had a great time at Mt Alma mile this weekend,

Knocked .7 of my PB with the old tyres from last years event.

 

Finished 1st outright in 2wd accumulated.

But had a rear brake lock up entering the chicane in the shootouts which

made me hit a bollard, 5 seconds added, game over.
