  4. Mine i use the base of the rubber for support, trim the ugly bulge and use silicone to make a nice flush seal

Gday guys, im restoring another Zed... and yes a Californian z31. anyway, saw an adv on ebay ages ago a black californian wrecking in dandenong area. anyone recall them? or know where it was? i know its a long shot buy been trying to search everywhere..... no luck. any leads will be appriciated. thanks Carbon freddy

  7. long story cut short, supposed to be an expert in zeds totally stuffed an LSD conversion. i need someone to rebuilt the clutch pack LSD. it has massive play on it, not kidding the bolts on the drive shafts was hand tight!!!! i was lucky to actually go over the whole car's fastener. preferably in Victoria thanks guys.

  10. paul, as an aerodynamic consultant, one thing i really advice you to remove is the rear lip. that design you have wil lcost you seconds guaranteed. the reason zed designer leave rear bar high and slightly above the tank is to avoid what we cal parachute effect. to lower the appearance i suggest rear under diffuser. rear diffuser will make the wing works better, we always recomend rear diffuser when you have setup your wing and front aero sorted. once thats sorted, you can start reducing drag by using rear diffuser ( this is the stage that you are able to lessen the wing angle from additional downforce) Note: looks like i will have to design the stage 2 aero diffuser with wheel shrouds urgently.

Hi guys, pre launching my airdam, he it is fitted to my 240z. its designed specifically to improve front aero. for this airdam to work, you MUST use the front bar to direct air to the splitter and pressurise the air. The airdam has been tested and it will improve your handling from as low as 80kmh. you can really feel the difference at 120kmh. from then on its up to you how fast you want to go LOL fitment is PERFECT, into offer 2012, i sell for $230 + delivery. 2013 will be $280. thanks guys. there is more things coming along with the lips e.g: - 240z oem rear spoiler taken mold of original 240z spoiler ( will fit 2+2 with slight trimming) NOW available - discreet brake duct to work with the lip as well as produce extra downforce. ( coming soon)

  16. Hi guys, cut story really short. Im replacin the webbers with efi. I bought manifold with dizzy, loom etc. what happened was he forgot to take out some part of accesories out of the car and aome little part of the loom. Bad news is car has been wrecked and crushed. So urgently need either full loom or if anyone is wrecking 280zx pls call me on 040216460 or pm me. Thanks guys

  19. Hi guys, saxon said u guys need rear diffusers for bumperless ass for sexy zed. I can draw and make it happen. The question is how many of u is ready to fork out the money. And mostly i see ppl wanting for cosmetic looks. I can make rear add ons that looks like a diffuser and optional real deal diffuser that will work. Price for the cosmetic one in fiberglass $290-350 mark. In dry carbon around $450-580mark. The diffuser itself i wont disclose price, untill i see real demand. If i see enough genuine interest i will start drawing options and let u guys vote. Sounds good?

  21. simon my apology, i told the guy to just put it on. he said he can make it better. here is what happen, i put tripples dcoe45 13 series, coke 32mm. my car is l28 with l28 pistom and N42 head (for now till i get my p90/f54 combo built) anyway cams in, and tripples in.... fuel pump in and fuel regs in. below 3500 rpm it just bog down!!!!! 4000 rpm it start to come alive, by 6000 rpm it alive and time to change gear!!!!! rediculous... i feel i want to just chuck my old setup back. what u guys think the problem is? timing on cams or webber chokes? should i go smaller or bigger choke? what is choke on webber? is it to restrict air or fuel delivery?
  22. Hi guys, i need another l series cams. I had an a grind cam from simon and decided tonput it in, instead the mechanic decided to regrind because of tolerance 20 thou difference. And i said if u can make it better i dont mind. Cut story short, its not good. My car struggles from to 3500 rpm! Then start to pick up revs!!!!! So i decided to get another cam if anyone of u have one and i'm not goin to regrind regardless what ppl said. Pls call me on 0401316460 Need one asap as its draining me everytime i drove my zed. My old setup feels and it is faster.
