Some new 260z 2+2 measurements..

Front: 16x8 +8 with 205/55 (Sit about 5mm from the spring perch)

Rear: 16x8.5 +12 with 225/50 (plenty of room either side)

What suspension setup do you have? I'm planning to order toyo tires with the same size as yours but I want to lower my car a bit.

does anyone have fitted currently or in the past, 15 x 6.5JJ +17?

I'm curious how the positive offset might sit, and if i will have issues. my 2+2 is currently on standard suspension, but will eventually be lowered somewhat

Try watching this, as it might help. 3:49 seconds.

I tried to restore the images Sulio attached in the first post here, but they are gone and I cannot recover them. Would be great if someone could supply images and I can fix the first post of this thread.

Hi all,

Have just read this entire thread, I am more confused than how I started,

I have a 260 2+2, I would like to run flares,

Is there a wheel offset/size that in the members opinion works best?

Thanks in advance,

I have a 2+2 and running 15x8 -6  front and rear with 225/50/15 tyres.

1" lowered King springs and NO flares.

No that will poke significantly out of the rear guards and will need either flares or a skinny tyre and a lot of camber to fit.

Thanks I am happy to go with flares and understood I should be ok at the back without having to cut.

But will they fit on the front without rubbing and having to cut? Again happy to go with flares but don’t want to cut.

If you don't cut your guards for flares you won't be able to run the car particularly low because the lip of the old guard will get in the way of the tyre.
