Typically it's spluttered to a halt on the freeway just south of Brisbane. He's got no tools with him and I can't help him much over the phone. Can one of the local Brisbane/Qld members lend a hand? PZG302 Posted July 4, 2018 Posted July 4, 2018 Easy fix for even a mechanical numpty like me...... Just lucky I had a new fuel filter in the race tool box from the green car still. The old filter was blocked solid. When I tried to blow through it all it did was pressurise what fuel was in the filter and spray it back over my my face...... I last saw Robbie in the nearest servo, hopefully stocking up on fuel filters for the trip home. Made it back into Melbourne very late Friday night after dashing down in one day from Newcastle. 4 new fuel filters in the car made it with no more issues.
