Seems a high price but maybe not for originality depending on the persons reason for buying. It makes a Zed like mine cheap for an excellent finished example but if you want a project with all the bits and pieces included then maybe that's the cheapest option at a higher unit price plus the satisfaction of doing it your own way to get that personally finished and satisfied result? I saw that one about 2 months ago while I checked out their white 240z. It's the same place that advertised the white 240z for $12000 or something like that. The thing had rust all through it, even some of it painted over. Very very dodgy work.

Also the dealership is a b*tch to deal with. I spent over half an hour looking through the white 240z and the salesman never came out to help. When I found him, I asked if I could take it for a test drive and he that’s OK as long as I put down a non-refundable deposit for the car.

The yellow one looked ok but the salesman wouldn't open it up for me so I can’t give you any help I'm sorry. But if you do go out to check it out, just be wary.

Yeah that white 240 actually got sold it was taken off ebay and his website a while back now, kind of makes you wonder who would buy it if was as bad as what everyone said it was.

Superb looking 240z in the UK.

I was considering bidding on it, but it's still got so much time left 5 days at 9,000 pound and with 27 bids I am wondering just how high it will go?

I'm going to guess 15,000 - 16,000 pound. But who knows maybe even higher than that? Certainly looks like nothing to be done, except change over those horrid mirrors for OEM :).

Amazing that someone would do this!!!

Is this a pretence for things to come?

These diaramas have been around for a while, there's a guy in Victoria who specialises in setting up your dream muscle car garage complete with all tools, air lines, hoists, drums and containers scattered about a work shop. There was also a diarama done of Bill Brown's roll over at Bathurst in the XY (?) that near boke in half, looked unbelievably realistic.

I reckon it's a great showcase of a modeller's talents to put cars in the condition they would be in the real world and in real world situations, and i wish I had the patience to do work like that.
