  1. I'm assuming the same thing but was just dreaming of the chance of it being mine. ????
  2. Gav that add is now removed. Was coming back to get the link again to ring the guy.
  3. I know a few guys have run EZ Wiring Harness over on Hybridz. I'm looking at doing my whole 2+2 as well and was thinking of going the EZ harness but still looking for other options
  4. Gav still dissappointed over it but it's good to see it on here and he is making some progress.
  5. Doesn't then L in the vin number mean it was originally left hand drive so I assume it has had a RHD swap at some point?
  6. I will be in with the next order as I will be needing 2+2 parts.
  7. Haahahaha, did you end up getting it started the other week? Would love to hear it running.
  8. I forgot about the clutch, Sorry buddy will send you a SMS during the week to sort something out. I will take your 260z as well so you don't have to move it
  9. Did you get my PM the other day chasing pricing? I never got a reply.
  10. for 6.5k who needs photos? Oh thats right me because I'm interstate Will email and see if I can get photos to post.
  11. What exact parts you chasing to swap for the G-Nose? I have corner panels and scoops just missing the valance.
  12. Will be interested in full interior for the 2+2 depending on costs. Also would love it if you could get the front set vents matching on the rear seats.
  13. Well just so you know as long as I have the money you already have one kit sold. I am looking at getting my 260z 2+2 on the road by around christmas now seeing as though my purchase of a 240z fell through so all my money is now going into the 260z.
  14. That is awesome news to hear. I will be keeping an eye on this and I love that you using the speed sensor as that was my only problem with the kit from the US.
  15. Dave you have no idea how much I want a 240z and the deal you offered is amazing and I am keeping money stashed aside because basically here is my theory. The wife won't let me buy using our combined savings (the money I convinced her to use for the other 240z I was going to buy but got screwed on) because of how many there was and lack of space here so if I just keep the money aside from my own savings therefor she can't say no. So if these pop back up for sale next year (I plan on having my 2+2 done by years end) I will be racing down your house throwing the money at you so you better have upgraded from walking to running so you can catch it all.
  16. The guys here are a wealth of knowledge and the most valuable resource the zed community has. In saying that though the same questions do get asked a lot and they have been answered time and time again which is why some might just ignore what you ask as they don't want to have to do your research for you. I recommend spending a few days just going through the technical sections on the forums (its what I did when I signed up before even owning a zed) to search for answers and if you can't find your answers even after doing a search then put forward a well thought out question with what you want to achieve as an end result and you will be on your way to not only getting the answers you require but also extending your knowledge to help others by the other information you obtained in your research. There is a lot of good guys down the Melbourne way and when my 2+2 is finished it will be making the trip to meet them.
  17. Chris she would surprise me with divorce papers and then i would have no zeds. Finished discussing the cars with Patch and looks like he will be holding onto the cars which is great news.
  18. I never saw the MSA parts. I did see you can get full rear quarters from Japan but I think they are FG.
  19. Steering wheel on the left hand side........ I think as what was mentioned it comes down to the model. My personal view point is and the way I plan to build my cars (I currently only have a 2+2 but hope for a 240z in the future); 240z: Interior keep stock just freshen up, Period correct looking bucket seats are fine. Exterior is basic mods that can be easily reversed (no cutting the guards for flairs etc) just basically some nice wheels (simmons, watanabe, panasport etc) but no larger than 16", front lip and rear spoiler if you wish. Engine wise just some triple carbs, slightly bigger cam and a nice exhaust should do it. 260z: Well this is the race car base. Flairs, spoilers, larger wheels (17" is fine as its easier to get wider wheels for). Basically do what you wish with it but personally I would prefer to keep the engine swap within the L series and just mod the hell out of it. 260z 2+2: Do whatever you want
  20. I don't want you going out there taking photos with your hip issues man. I am trying to convince her to come out and have a look at them. Will let you know how I go Monday with her.
  21. Let me talk it over with the wife and I will let you know. Any chance of getting photos of the other 2 cars just to show her? This is an amazing deal so will let you know during the week how I go. The only thing is space so if can convince Her I can find the space it should be sweet.
  22. just wondering what is going on with these cars these days patch? How much would the package deal be of all of them?
  23. Yeah I'm a little annoyed. Him getting the 4.5k for it doesn't bother me just the bit where it's now going to Melbourne considering he told me he wanted the money and it gone on the same day hence why i was heading there today as he wasn't free on Friday.
  24. yeah at the start of the week I wasn't expecting for the opportunity to own a 240z to be on the table. I am just going to stick my head back down and work on the 2+2 and see what happens.
  25. Well the car is official sold now I just got the text. I wonder if it will end up here.
