Johnny did you end up using the JDM center console with radio in your 2+2? I am thinking of ordering a NOS console from the states if that one isn't available. Also you wouldn't happen to have a 260z drivers front guard by any chance?

He drove the ute down from Queensland to attend. He is a Datsun wrecker and has a crap load of dattos. Think he is starting the museum with his dad.

Didn't end up seeing this post, have decided to go r31 setup instead as it seemed easier to get all the parts I needed so I will have a series 2 rear setup including booster and master for sale soon.

He had a brand new 260z 2+2 center console and I was after a 2nd hand 260z drivers front guard. He did have brand new guards as well for $500 but that was out of current budget. I do have other sources for the console and such but would prefer to keep the money within the zed community here.

Interesting. He did have some wiper blades on eBay that I got a pair off him and everything went smoothly.

Hahaha well I have got a couple of emails from him so far so he must be getting better. I guess I will keep trying the number I have from his business card and hopefully one day soon somebody answers.

Hahaha not so much demanding I'm fine if it takes some time just looking for an update. He told me to email him last week to see how things are going so I did that and didn't get a reply which is why I am trying to contact him on the phone.

I was ordering some parts from Warren but he had an over seas trip which delayed things and he has been back for a couple of weeks now but was just trying to get a box to send the parts up. I haven't paid for anything yet but still need the parts. Just hope everything is all good with him.

Hey guys, Just wondering if any of you know what's going on with All Z Parts? I have been trying to contact Warren by phone and email but haven't had luck for the past 2 weeks and being in QLD I can't exactly rock up on the door step to find out what's going on. Just trying to order some parts but having issues with contact.

Well besides the current parts on order the zed is going to have to have to take a back seat for awhile. Basically I need to get my front fence and gates built as some junky fuck decided he was going to come into my yard while I was out and rip the copper pipe off my 6 month old hot water system (didn't even shut the water down) and cut a bunch of power leads from tools, my split systems, even the fucking tv antenna lead just for a tiny bit of copper. He went through the zed and only tried stealing the rear dimister switch, also cut about 5cm of wire from the temp sensor in the skyline radiator because that was out of the car waiting to finish repairs. He is known in the area and was already in the watch house for doing the same shit to another house about 2 hours after I chased him and made him drop all his shit (including his weed stash). But anyway got an update from Jason at Klearz and hopefully my lenses should be able to be sent out in 2 weeks. Could have sent them all out on Monday but he is doing clear lenses for the interior dome light to which is a week off so I am waiting on that. Here is the tail light lenses (upper lens is custom made as he only did the lower). He could have done them smoked but I am going to smoke them myself using Crystalite.

That's why I try to put a decent shopping list together before ordering as postage really stings.

Hey guys, I thought I would see if anybody here has any or knows where to source some caliper brackets for mounting the series 2 280zx rear brakes. Postage isn't a problem but thought I would see if I could hunt these down or find out if I will have to go custom made.

I already have the 280zx discs, calipers and booster just trying to get brackets for it all. The maxima mount is NLA but I did find one source that's charging $150 a bracket which seems abit insane.

I am about to embark on this journey and was wondering if guy that makes the mounts also does ones for the series 2 calipers as they are what I have.

Ok I wasn't sure if you would notice a difference between them looking in. I am still thinking t-disc all round just for max brake clearance and let's be honest the dish maybe around 2cms less but there is still plenty there. Rims and coil overs are still a fair bit off so I am sure I will get plenty of research done before I get them. Hopefully arriving this week is the 280zx rear brakes, drivers front fender (I can finally mount the fender mirrors then) and NOS 2+2 center console.

Is there any reason besides cosmetic that you wouldn't go the T-Disc all round? Even in the T-Disc there is still 82mm of dish on the front and 107mm dish on the rear. If you go the A-Disc on the rear it does push the dish to 133mm but I am unsure if it would look weird have T-Disc front and A Disc Rear.
