    Well took the panel off in front of the front screen today to have a look. Was surprised not to find any large rust holes around. 3 or 4 very small holes under the padded areas but otherwise it's all solid. Yay. Might pull the front guards off next, what's the best way to attack that ?

    Very clean looking zed, what a great car to learn to drive on. My first car was a 72 Ta22 celica. Still believe you get so much more out of driving an old car than a new one.

    Thought u all would get a kick out of the custom made air intakes made on my datsun. There is one on each side to help get fresh air into the cabin lol. Soon to be removed. So much wacky shit on this car from previous owner

    Was a good read and first time I've bought a printed publication in ages. I miss turning the pages of a good read. And so much better when my garage has both type of cars that are shown in the print lol.

    My first 22 was yellow. Even if the paint looked like it had been applied with a roller lol. The celica 2tg build is coming along with carbs finally fitted now. Can't wait for the triples to be fitted to the datsun.

    Groundhog Since i will also be in the hunt for some lowered springs and shocks for my 260z and not wanting to go the coilover direction would you happen to have the part number for the short stroke shocks that you have found that work so i can do a search and see if i can find a set or replacement suitable. Cheers. So much good info in this site.

    That one is my 75 model. Also have a ta23 and a 74 model work in progress with a 4agte.
