  1. I vote for putting a 20B rotar in it and making it a drag car lol.
  2. Nice work, looking good with the Simmons.
  3. Nice turn out. Good to see I will try and add these to the gallery soon.
  4. I know 240z steering wheels are worth a bit in good condition. You might be able to source a new 260z style wheel from Japan for cheaper than repair cost. Try asking at: http://www.datsunspirit.com/ http://www.datsunparts.com/ or of course ebay!
  5. Hey Pauly, Have you considered machining the original flywheel? It shouldn't cost too much and its what I use in my 240z. To be honest I wouldn't want it much lighter than it is already. Depends on your needs I guess, but I'm using a HD clutch with it and an L28, no problems so far.
  6. Sulio you should ask them what their opinions of club days and drive days like the weekend getaway are like? I think alot of people really enjoy driving somewhere with 20+ Zeds, and I think seeing peoples reactions to so many Zeds in one place might encourage others to come along next time. Might also be good to ask what their opinions are when they meet other zed owners they have only known online or on the forum?
  7. Welcome nice to have another 2+2 on here.
  8. Very clean and original. Silver and Red interior are my favorite combination. I agree leave the rear louvre on for protection, even though I think they look rubbish myself . Hot Wires arn't my favorite but at least they are, as you say period correct. Nice ride.
  9. I love these updates, I'm sure the end product will be great.
  10. You don't waste anytime Rev straight into it. Good to see mate.
  11. nice ZG $40K is reasonable.

  17. Awesome, hopefully Rob can share more cool body work tips .
  18. That is impressive guys, well done indeed. I'm sure you will record it in awesome fashion and take plenty of awesome photos. Should be good if the surprise works out too .
  19. This might help. http://www.classiczcars.com/forums/showthread.php?t=4040 If you do find replacements, can you send me your old lenses? I want to try repairing them.
  20. Gonna be tough getting those for a cheap price. Might have to consider the US. If you find any let me know though. Been searching a while now. Your alternative is to go to a tail light repair place and they might be able to fix the cracks and polish them up to like new. Not sure how they do it, but I found some kits while googling http://www.plastex.ca/repairs/auto-lens.asp Maybe a bit of polish will remove the cracks? http://www.thirdgen.org/taillight_polishing
  21. Awesome, where did you find that?
  22. Both 240z's I've owned don't have the demister glass. The vertical lines look cool but are extremely rare to find
  23. My family is fine thankfully, not sure if the house will still be there though. I feel sorry for those who have died and lost alot more than us though, can't imagine what it would be like to die in a firestorm like that.
  24. Our family has a house in Kinglake, we're not sure if its still standing. At this stage looks unlikely. A family friend was staying in the house, he managed to get out just in time. He doesn't think the house will still be there. He was lucky from the looks of it, sad thing is the house was built by my great grandfather and had lots of memories for my family. Wish Google Earth was updated every 24-hours. I could see if the house was still standing.
  25. So awesome, since I don't have a Zcar over here in Dublin and since its pretty much always raining or snowing lately, this would provide some fun! Looks really good with the Wat's and the American LeMan's wheels.
