Nice should make for a bit of fun alright. I must admit a V8 in a Z has its appeal I've even considered engine swaps in my 240z and I like to think I'm a purist in many respects. Keep us updated, and send us all a youtube vid when you get it running, love the sound of V8 Zeds.

So your going turbo? Not a bad idea really the RB engine is quite a motor. Any issues with engineering it in a 260z?

Yeah ID plates, I know people were after them a while ago. Good to see you can get reproductions of them. Also the tail light restoration seems good.

Len Brennan showed me some pics of his first 240z when he bought it in the 70's and raced it. It was a 1970 from memory. Not sure I still have Len's phone number it is on this forum somewhere though.

I would glady send you some of our mirrors, but I can't find one for myself yet. I've been looking for ages for a 240z "original" drivers side mirror for a RHD car. Can't find one, someone thought 200B mirrors looked better (previous owners, who needs em').
