  1. Z432-R Ikeda Bussan replica seats. (Probably Rose Auto made) http://page21.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/j407983956 I know 1 person in Australia who has these seats. .
  2. Literally looks like a 240z tank, apart from the fuel drain plug position being offset to the side instead of in the middle.
  3. http://www.gumtree.com.au/s-ad/orange/engine-engine-parts-transmission/triple-webers-of-holden-6/1126199908 $1,000.00
  4. haha, oh dear... I do wonder what I'd do if I had more space.. Then I see this and I know.
  5. Considering a good set of 44s all sorted and buttoned up will cost $3-4k it's not a bad deal. Remains to be seen how good they are though!
  6. Here is a great example of a 240z that looks great in photos... Price: $13000 USD http://buffalo.craigslist.org/cto/5783711828.html So it looks great so far right? But check out the rot. http://s1065.photobucket.com/user/CTBernard/library/?sort=3&page=1
  7. Yep sold! I actually had left the tab open at work because I was going to add photos later and thought it might sell before I got a chance. Thanks for adding the images for me! Much harder to get those once the ad is removed / sold.
  8. That car sounds nice and rowdy
  9. I have a rough driver side 1 I think (it's a bit bent / dented) but postage would cost more than it's worth I'd say from Sydney -> Melbourne. Would need to double-check also. I have a habit of forgetting parts I have and don't have. Nearly bought more bumpers the other day, then realised I'd already sourced a spare set and forgotten about it.
  10. Mark Skaife interview on the R32 GTR. https://www.facebook.com/NissanMotorsportAus/videos/10154535342643427/?hc_ref=NEWSFEED
  11. Afraid not really, it's located in Victoria and I'm currently in NSW.
  12. It's in a private group I think, but try this link. https://www.facebook.com/groups/386021341481608/permalink/1103646909719044/?sale_post_id=1103646909719044
  13. 260z 2+2 for sale in Victoria. https://www.facebook.com/jason.callegher.1?fref=hovercard Seems cheap..
  14. I managed to see the bumper on the weekend since I was in Melbourne for the long weekend. I didn't get any photos as the bumper pieces were wrapped in plastic sheeting to protect them, but WOW is all I can say. I don't even recognise it as the same bumper I dropped off. It really came up amazing, I would have got some photos but I didn't want to unwrap everything since it's being kept in storage and I don't want it to get damaged so felt it best to leave it all alone. I ran out of time to do anything on the car, only managed to put the front bumper rubber strips back on. I will definitely be sending future bumpers down there for restoration. Glad I went with OEM parts.
  15. Not quite that easy I'm afraid. Unless you don't mind it looking a bit rough at the end.
  16. In the US 240z's like that go cheap. Like $2-3k USD. You would want to get it cheap because undoing those body mods won't be too difficult but it's got a lot of odd ball parts on it. Like the front lower valance is 280z style for the larger bumpers. It's a bit of an odd looking thing... Import duties will cost you more than the whole car will.
  17. @Mossy yes the price has been moving up. So I suspect they have had offers / demand for it and adjusted price up. @Agno I don't think it is a Zshop car. Lindsay has a blue 240z but it is not the same car. Also he usually lists them on Gumtree under his name and location Burwood.
  18. The Blue 240z was originally listed at a lower price but the seller keeps bumping up the price. Either because they are not really wanting to sell or trying to maximise sale price on it.
  19. Nzeder must hold a record by now . I shouldn't speak too soon though, no doubt mine will take forever.
  20. Best thing about that clip was the synth music, definitely channels stranger things. The car overall is clean looking but it doesn't really do anything for me on a deeper level. It follows all the popular body mods and for me just comes up a bit short in terms of impact. Am I being overly fussy or is it a sign of maturing taste? Not sure... But I feel like telling him to raise his car an inch like I would tell a kid with his pants sitting too low to pull em' up.
  21. LOL you mean this right?
  22. Yeah this was recommended to me also, sounds like it won't be as cheap as Tafe is, and you'll need to pay for materials etc.. on top. But it sounds like the only viable option if tafe goes away. As for the politics of it, WHAT A SHAME...
  23. Well it may not be what the OP wanted to hear, but it is realistic.
  24. Just unscrew the old and screw on the new. Nothing hard about it. Unless someone messed with the existing thread on the lever - which I doubt. Hardest part will be getting the numbers to line up straight.
