  1. https://page.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/q1001047595 Skyline Hakosuka 2DR KGC10 No documents Parts removal junk! Current Bid $9,268.52 USD 6 days remain. If you're ambitious enough to try and restore it..
  2. Nice, I didn't realise you were over there. Did you get invited to the live launch event? Pretty cool it's like being there for the launch of the S30z in October 1969. Cool reference photos.
  3. Yes I'm loving the retro blue interior. But I am biased in this regard. I'm looking forward to a Nismo version or similar and potential style changes as the years go on. Also wondering how the aftermarket will cater to it in terms of body styles and performance parts to extract even more out of the V6.
  4. I hope they release an R35 GTR engined version of the Z. Call it the Z-R or something. In tribute to the old 432 and 432-R. A hyper version with something like 600hp would be awesome. Of course 400hp is plenty, but we all want that unicorn version to aspire to some day. :).
  5. If he buys an early 1, he can be the old man selling it in 50 years time as a 1 owner car to some young whipper snipper who is doing restoration work on them!
  6. Reveal video here:
  7. Looks like US market 73 L24 with flat tops and emission balance bar. https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/304109100282
  8. Modern Japanese cars all have a door chime when you leave the keys in the ignition and have the driver door open. Does my head in. AU market 240z's didn't have any seat belt warnings. US market did, it's 1 of those blanking plates in the centre console of the fuse cover (72/73 model consoles). Or put another way, why our fuse covers had nothing in them. Might have been a federal mandated thing in the US to comply with. We got it much later in 260z's, like a lot of things.. probably as our own ADRs caught up.
  9. Depends if the Ghost of Mr K. will visit each car on the dry docks and replace all those "ghey" Fairlady-boy Z emblems and put whatever engine capacity Z badges are required on it.

  11. I'm guessing seat belt detectors.. what year is your car? Late 76/77? I know US market had the seat belt warning/detectors, not sure with our market. Never seen a working set.
  12. Thank you, @Groundhog @Enzo and @RestoZ for your recent contributions.
  13. Now trading under Auto Dynasty in Leichhardt.
  14. I saw this 1 recently. https://www.realestate.com.au/news/brighton-east-neighbours-house-turned-into-sevencar-garage/
  15. Welcome Rob, post a few photos of the 2+2 if you get a chance, we always like a few photos.
  16. I'll look into it, I've got a bunch of clocks that I got as cores after selling a few I had restored by Ron, but haven't been able to find many 280zx clocks as donors to repair them. So any alternative sounds good and I can do something about a stash of S30Z clocks sitting in a cupboard lol.
  17. Good to know there is a local option.
  18. Is that the 1 that passed in at auction recently for around $18K? *edit no, they have different head units and the wheels look more polished on the car that passed in. Very similar though!
  19. And.... @sexual_sushi also. Thanks mate.
  20. Thanks to @redrbzed and @Oliphipsfor the latest donations. Much appreciated.
  21. At a guess, low to mid 20s. Probably $23-25k.
  22. Switches are pretty robust. I've got 1 that's broken (inside plastic) which I have been meaning to 3D print forever to fix. The switch can be disassembled and cleaned if required, but so far most of mine have worked fine. It's the flasher can that usually packs it in.
  23. There is no fixed amount. But the more the merrier. Since it's hosted via a US company and charged in $USD it means last month it was close to $250 to run the site. Donations have thinned out a bit with lockdowns and potentially people being financially less well off without JobKeeper / seeker helping this time around.
  24. S30 is the family of car, you'd have to ask Nissan what it stands for. The H prefix is for L24. The prefixes and suffixes all have specific meaning for model designation and specification.
