Administrators gav240z Posted April 14, 2010 Author Administrators Posted April 14, 2010 That looks like a base for a project car. If only I had the skills to restore a car :-\ Only way to get them is to try mate. Learn as you go, look at RevZed. It's better to give it a go and make a mess of it, than not try at all. You can always get help from the friendly forum members who have been there, done that so to speak. There is nothing like the feeling of having done the job yourself. Not to mention that finding a good mechanic / body shop is a challenge in itself. Quote
Toecutter Posted April 14, 2010 Posted April 14, 2010 not bad 4g's. good base. i'll be on the look out. I've got a few leads to follow up on. But no rush at all, finishing off my back yard in the next few weeks, driveway and paving. Cheers, Sulio These will also be on the radar: Quote

Mr240z Posted April 22, 2010 Posted April 22, 2010 $12,000+ should be a good place to start negotiations.. Still dreaming.. New Paint hidding alot of rust, Why would someone paint a all Original 240z than sell it saying all Original that should be one of the high selling points the orignal paint and seeing the rust or lack of it.. All these high priced zeds never seem to sell thats why they stay on carsales etc for ever. Quote
MickyG Posted April 22, 2010 Posted April 22, 2010 Take some consolation in the fact it was a 2+2 before they hacked the roof off. So you're suggesting this is actually an improvement? <waits patiently for inevitable wrath of disgruntled bus drivers> Quote
