Not that anyone will agree but I believe 6 figures for properly restored car is not far away.

$45K for an original car + $50-70K for a proper restoration and you are nearly there. I know of a number of cars where the restoration costs have been more than $100K.

I agree, I think $100k S30Z's are not far away from the norm.

 Getting closer now..

62,000 euro for an HLS30 (restored). That's close to $89k AUD and that's a LHD restored example (high quality restoration).

That 240z I posted back one page has not sold yet and he has dropped the price.

Price drop to $5800. This is a firm price, will not come down any further than that,so dont ask a bit over dealing with dreamers, Its worth more for parts than what Im asking and its a viable project for anyone with some skills. had 3 ppl so far tell me its sold, then back out. I need money for another project. so I want it goneski...It was good value at 7k, but it appears transport costs are scaring ppl.hence the drop.

He has just posted it is sold now.3.00pm.

I had it down as HS30 00577 and engine number: L24-027479* so a 71 with 71A gearbox and just missed out on the vents in hatch etc.. Engine number appears to be in correct range for build date* etc.. So most likely numbers matching car. It appears original colour was 903 Blue (nice colour).

Matt Drago's old car.

It wasn't that bad before restoration, so at the current price is actually fair I think. It's quite original.

Paint finish won't rock your socks off, but it was restored before these cars really appreciated in value.

Can anyone help with looking at this car before auction ends Sunday. I will pay fuel costs etc if you can. Peter.

Hi Peter,

There's a few of us that live close by. If none of the others chime up I will try to go look at it if time permits. I'll pm you.

Hi Peter

Have you contacted the seller yet?

Just curious if you have a mobile number or know of their availability today and tomorrow, I work near by and maybe able to pop out to see it quickly if time permits.

Thanks

John

Any chance you have a link to the seller's profile on Facebook? I don't have access to that group yet.
